When you first walk you are welcomed by a very caring staff from the receptionist to the provider. Even over the phone they are especially kind and understanding. Thank you physicianone!

I went to the office with nausea and feeling unwell. The PA Alicia just blew me off saying it was gastroenteritis! But I had no vomiting, diarrhea or other GI symptoms. Then she proceeded to send my prescription to the wrong place. I will never go here again. I hate urgent care, they don’t know how to properly do a physical exam, work up and how to take a proper history.

Went for a walk in and saw there was a wait. Was able to get a scheduled time with hour and half. Allowed me to go back to work for a few before returning and went in on time. Appointment was quick and issue given treatment.

The comfort to be able to visit urgent care is beyond d words. It was a Saturday and I was concerned about an infection in a recent laceration. I was reassured that it was not infected and given instructions as to how to care for the laceration. I was so relieved and thankful urgent care was available.

Everyone was very kind. I scheduled online and was seen less than 5 minutes after entering the building. My exam was thorough and I would recommend them

My daughter sprained her ankle, the doctor didn’t even look at it, just asked some questions, did the x-ray. Should the doctor at least check a little on her ankle?

It was a long wait. In fact we had to make an appointment for later that day and come back. I would strongly advise people to call and make an appointment rather than walk in. Other than that, the facility and staff were excellent
