What patients are saying...

Waited a long time despite me being the first patient. There was an emergency and only one PA onsite. So a 9:15 am first appointment and I walked out of there at 10 am. When was seen, it was exactly 2 minutes and I was out!  Despite me telling the medical assistant I was in there for one reason,, the nurse practitioner was unaware and was checking me for something else. It felt disorganized. I also filled in all insurance and personal info prior to arriving to save time and I was asked all the same info when I checked in. Will probably not be visiting this location again.

The doctor that I saw was very rude. He did not introduce himself upon entering the room, and when I was speaking about my issue, he was scolding me rather than explaining a better solution for if I experienced the same thing in the future. I had a wound and he just looked at it and did not offer to clean it. Just said I’ll send antibiotics and kept it moving.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Staff was very nice. Facility was very clean. However, the most significant, there was not a doctor on staff. Just an assistant.

The Medical assistant and doctor was awesome on how they were able to get my son to get examen and tested. I would recommend this location, staff is great and the wait time was less than 4 minutes. Very kid friendly and great staff.

GoHealth is not part of Solv, therefore you cannot make an appointment through Solv although it looks like it. This needs to be addressed.

The Solv system doesn’t link to the office. So when you reserve a time it doesn’t communicate that with the office so you’re then treated as a walk in. Staff was great. Attentive and professional.
