Just waiting still after 28hrs on the throat culture.   It was fine there but too long of a response

It was a good experience for a person who has been vomiting over 12 hrs continuously. Meds were given and the provider who saw me was very attentive and caring and knowledgeable.

This urgent care was a great experience. Clean, peaceful, efficient and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable.  I was visiting my daughter at school and she happened to get sick so I went along with her to her appt. Very pleased with the care here. Thank you!

This is absolutely the worst experience I have had. I wanted over 2 hours for an appointment I have previously scheduled. The receptionist expected me to wait an hour and a half to use the bathroom and I was given no instructions how to leave a urine sample. It was extremely rude and awful. Will never come back ever again

Went in to get an a1c test. But the doctor was also concerned with my blood pressure and we discussed my history regarding this. As she was concerned and after discussing this we added a supplemental medication to one that I’m already taking. I would recommend Carbon Health to others as she was kind and attentive!

I got there 25 minutes early and was seen right away. This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care or possibly any medical facility. Staff were incredibly kind and understanding. Medical appointments can be very stressful for neurodivergent patients, but I felt totally comfortable and heard. I chose Carbon Health because it had a much higher rating than my other options, and my experience actually exceeded my expectations based on that. Would absolutely recommend to friends in the city and will visit again. Thank you.

I had a really great experience, but I have one pretty large complaint. I was not asked about prior medications and conditions. This feels like a glaring mistep for a doctor especially when I was then prescribed medication.
