I have been to this urgent care in the past, and I have had many pleasant visits. This time, however, I cannot say the same. The front office staff is slow, not friendly, and somewhat confrontational. The wait time for a sports physical is entirely too long. We were there for over two hours and I find that to be unacceptable considering it’s just a few questions on the physical form. Going forward, I will visit a minute clinic at CVS or Piedmont urgent care. There must have been a recent change in management or staff, but it needs to go back to the way it used to be in the past.

Even with an appointment, very long wait times. go to a different urgent care.

While my care was initially adequate, it took two phone calls to get an answer about a medication that made me sick, only to find out the medication was prescribed on a "cautionary" basis and not necessary. The facility, while I believe clean, is in desperate need of a paint job and some artwork. The only thing on the walls was worn paint. It looks like an institution.

It took a very long time to be seen even though I had an appointment booked onlinr. Total time in office was an hour and a half. I was also not confident in the results of my tests.

My doctor you can tell cares and that’s rear now a days asked lots of questions instead or rushing threw process. I am terrified of hospitals and doctors offices he made me feel safe and cared for

This medical team was very professional and timely.

I would highly recommend this urgent care! I got seen quickly and promptly. Max was great! He heard me out as I explained my symptoms and offered to even follow up with me after I left if things did not improve! Which I have never heard from an urgent care.

The female doctor was fantastic the lady that weighs you and takes you to your room was wonderful. I will go bank again!

Apart from receptionist body language and politeness towards patients , everything else was spot on

This was the worst experience I went in for stitches and they did a horrible job. Stitches came out 10 days later and cut is still open. I am going to have to seek additional care to have the cut closed.
