I love the ease of scheduling with Solv. Obviously urgent care isn’t for complicated medical issues. But if you have Covid, flu, sinus infection, sprained arm, etc, this place is amazing. It’s with & easy. The care team is truly top notch.

Everyone was incredibly kind, I got in promptly, felt heard and was followed up with the next day to make sure my referral went well. I have had nothing but good experiences with Indigo!

Travelling and was having difficulty breathing because of a bad cough. I was impressed with the care I received.

If I could give the Indigo care team 100 stars I would.  My neurodivergent teen is absolutely terrified of doctors specially getting lab work done to the point of fainting.  From the minute we got there, we felt welcomed and didn’t need to wait to see the provider. Dr. Patel and her care team treated my daughter with respect and compassion. They when above and beyond in caring for her specially when she was struggling.  I wish every healthcare provider were as caring, compassionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Patel and her team!

Had shortness of breathing at night. Visited as soon as the clinic opened. Had almost no wait time. Was immediately tended to, given a nebulizer and also a steroid shot to bring up my oxygen levels. I was taken really good care of by all the staff.

What a terrific healthcare experience! We were given prompt, helpful information over the phone by staff at Indigo Issaquah, then swiftly registered and roomed at the Redmond clinic. My husband’s a doctor and he was truly impressed by the knowledgeability and caring bedside manner of the PA on shift. Her explanations were given to our daughter in clear lay terms, sweetened with compassion. Our daughter injured her ankle at camp last weekend and the staff at Indigo swept her off her feet and into a boot and sent her hopping on her way back to health! For a clinic to run this well on a weekend is a testament to the quality of their local leadership. Way to turn frowns upside down, Indigo!

I had a sinus problem for the last three weeks. I was able make an appointment asap, no wait. Staff was very awesome friendly and informative. Got a prescription and less them 30 mins. Great place! Thank you for the great care.
