Everything was smooth and quick! Everyone was so nice and genuinely seemed to care about my issue.

I was sent to this location from UW where they had a 3 hour wait. Everything from the check in experience to automated paperwork, thorough and PATIENT care, to being walked to the door was an A+ experience. I will return and absolutely recommend this location.

Literally everything went as smoothly as any clinic I’ve managed or been to as a patient. System was smooth, front desk (young woman) was competent and quick (I’d hire her in a flash and suspect she should get a new role with more responsibility), MA was great and professional, provider was great and knowledgeable+humble (honestly, rare).  Great place. Need a new manager?

They were so nice and supportive. Also I really appreciate the snack and juice bar, I forgot to eat I was in such a rush to get seen and it was nice to have quick sugar so I didn't pass out during my appointment.

Was struggling with what felt like a UTI all day. When my symptoms weren’t letting up, I booked an appointment for 30 mins out and went straight there. I was seen, tested, and walking out with my antibiotic prescription in less than an hour. Every staff member was excellent and the office was clean as can be. Could not have had a better experience!!!

The scheduling was very easy to navigate.  The staff and doctors were very nice and efficient. Was in and out within 30 minutes.

I'm used to arriving early for medical appointments. Since they aren't allowed to open the doors until 8am, it would have been good for someone to have told me not to arrive early. I had to wait outside until they could open the doors. I was on foot so I had no car to sit in. Otherwise, things went smoothly with my appointment and the PA was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you fro being a good health care resource in my neighborhood.

Getting in and out was super easy, took care of what I needed. Entire staff was friendly and attentive.

This was my first time at Multicare Indigo Urgent Care, and I was nervous about wait time and quality of care having never been there. But being able to schedule in advance so easily and check my status in line day-of was such a huge relief to begin with. At the clinic, everyone was so friendly, helpful, communicative, and kind. I was also able to get into a room within 15 minutes of my original appointment time and barely had to wait to speak with the provider. Thank you so much! I won’t hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.
