I ended up driving to a location 40 minutes from my home because I was able to get a same day appointment. Unfortunately, my local location did not seem to really want to help me with that portion. Once I arrived, I was checked in close to on time, but then ended up waiting almost 2 hours in the Room because some type of emergency happened. It was awful at the time since I wasn't feeling well, but I would recommend this provider because they were all very nice and apologetic, and it was probably the cleanest medical facility I have ever seen. Prior to my appointment, while in the waiting room, I could tell that they were efficient with the appointmenrs and kind to their patients.

Typically, I hate going to urgent care just because of the long wait the unsanitary waiting room the unfriendly staff, but my experience yesterday was not like that at all the staff for friendly. The facilities were nice and clean. The wait time was even long. It was easy to make an appointment. This set of staff actually carded about the people that came through the door.

Healthcare in this country is broken. Insurance companies are blight on society. Indigo Urgent Care has good people doing good work despite all that.

My visit was great. Staff was very caring and professional.

I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Once I was taken back, the doctor was quick and helpful.

I brought my son in near closing time because he felt so sick and they were so kind to fit him in and take care of us quickly. My son ended up having pneumonia and thankfully they had gotten us in right before Thanksgiving day. The clinic was clean, the staff were so nice and I would use this place again and refer people. Very impressed! Thank you for such a great experience and for being so caring!

A bit confused. Went in for possible broken finger. X-ray taken, ARNP showed me the x-ray and what appears to be a "chip" fracture. A few hours later I get an email of the x-ray report signed by an MD. His comment, no fracture, no swelling, joints are in alignment. If it's not fractured, whats on the x-ray. If it's not swollen, why is my finger swollen and showing bruising? Have a follow up appt with my doctor to see if the finger is actually broken or not! Have had good care at this clinic in the past. Not sure about going back in the future.

Scheduling was easy. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. The waiting area is modern and feels warm . The staff were extremely helpful, polite and understanding. Great atmosphere overall!!!

Kept getting kicked off scheduling and the time would increase substantially. Anoyed by having an appt and still having long wait time.The care I received was fine.
