Scheduling an appointment is a complete waste of time and so frustrating because it’s not taken into an account. I’ve spent two hours there today because they were taking people in based on when they showed up regardless if they have appointment or at walk ins. Next time I won’t bother with scheduling

As a walk-in, I did not exoect to have a wait of only a few minutes. Staff were friendly and competent.

I just needed to complete a Maryland DOT card (Medical certification for commercial driver license). I have been coming to this clinic every two years for the last decade, but I recently moved to another part of PG county. I looked into several local clinics to help me get my DOT card, and most either didn’t have the option, or they didn’t even know what I was asking about. After wasting a couple of hours calling places and driving around, I decided to make the drive back to Silver Spring and visit Fast Track clinic. Walk-in was convenient, and as always, I was impressed by the quick service, friendly physician, and welcoming environment. I was in and out within 45-60 minutes.

I was away from home & nowhere near my doctor’s office, so I took a chance as a walk-in. Great experience; professional & friendly, welcoming & helpful, excellent healthcare, and was out the door in under an hour (including a 1/2 hour for throat cultures & nasal swab results). Would recommend!

My son had a sore throat. Once we arrived, staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time wasn’t bad at all. All of the staff were very kind.

The doctor was caring and actually spent time answering my questions.  I was referred to the emergency room because I needed tests that couldn’t be performed there.  She showed concern about my condition.  I now know what has been happening with me for months and I am in the process of scheduling surgery,

Had a 2nd degree burn, and the staffs immediately helped take care of it after getting me in. The staffs are all extremely friendly and were willing to help me every step of the way. The wait time might be a bit problematic though. I was the only customer there when I went, but looking at how long it took to treat my wound despite it being quite simple, the amount of time for a long line of patients might make it a problem if you don’t have an appointment

Scheduling was easy. Check in was fast. Staff was amazing. All super sweet women and very attentive to my health. Great bedside manner.

I sprained my ankle while I was visiting my granddaughter in Georgia. When I returned home the pain got worse. I decided to go to Fast Track Urgent Care in Silver Spring, I received excellent care from Dr. Polahar and staff. Everyone was so helpful and made the visit very pleasant in spite of the pain. Thank you Fast Track.😊
