I had tested positive again for Covid, but wasn’t sure if I was doing the test correctly so I went to urgent care. Because I was wearing gloves, I couldn’t use the kiosk for entering all my information and one of the Medical aides at the welcome desk did it for me. Everyone was so nice and I didn’t have to wait that long at all. The doctor saw me. We did another test and it was still positive. He gave me a prescription for some nasal spray and a cough medicine. I was very glad and appreciative to be able to go there and be seen as a walk-in

First and last visit here. Extremely long wait time. Front desk woman was rude. She stayed on her phone & made patients wait. The doctor asked me a question not relating to my visit and made me very uncomfortable. The only staff member that was nice & cared about her job was the lady calling you to the back and taking your height & weight. Everyone else was rude. 1/10 would not recommend definitely not returning.

I needed a physical for a job I just received. I was able to schedule an appointment that day. My only complaint was I made an appointment for 1:00 and had to wait until about 1:40. I don’t know if the others ahead of me had appointments or were walk ins.
