Worst place to go.  You will wait at least two hours before being called in. While the staff are on their phone and or standing around talking to each other. Very unprofessional/ unfriendly staff. Overall Very poor skills.

Empty waiting room and still a long wait. Nurse and secretary were nice. Almost had to leave bc computer wasnt working to check me in. Dr. was somewhat dismissive and I felt rushed. Ironic bc of how long the wait was.

I felt that the doctor really didn’t make an effort to see what my problem was. I came in because of a very bad earache, and she barely spent a few minutes with me, saying it was nothing, and I should follow up with my primary and to take Aleve or Tylenol. Or if it got worse to come back again.  I spent $75 on my co-pay and I wasn’t even in the office for more than five minutes with no answers. I’ve been to this Urgent Care a few times and this was definitely the worst experience I had with no answers to my issue.

Woke up with a uti went to work felt terrible the whole day went to urgent care and so glad I did so so nice there people where great the only thing was when the pr came in asked me why I was there I had to do a urine sample not sure why I had to say i had a uti she had the results in her hand but it was fine thank you
