we visited both the Mesa and Phoenix clinics. our experience at the Mesa was good TILL the FOLLOW UP. i just felt we were given the run around even when i tried to explain our situation the person i talked to kept interrupting me wanting to dismiss me and not wanting to listen to my explanation until i sternly instisted she give me a MINUTE to just LISTEN! She then was gona call me back and said if she didnt call back i should call her! when she didnt call back, i directly called the Phoenix office where Dr Pillai was. For this 1 star! That being said I gave the Phoenix clinic 4 stars because after everything Dr. Pillai did come through for us and most of all we want to thank ( MJ) Mustafa Juma the office manager who was kind enough to meet us after hours, and took his time to explain everything to us! THANK YOU!
