Set an appointment for 9:20, got there around 9:10. There were only two people ahead of me and the staff did not get me checked in to the system until 10:30. They said they couldn’t get me back until insurance was verified but they didn’t attempt to verify until I said something at 10:35. Zero sense of urgency. Apparently the only girl that could work the system was out and didn’t arrive to the facility until 9:45. The quality of care was good but the organization of the front desk was terrible. Will not be back.
