I have a very bad earache the doctor was thorough, kind, and determine to help me get better. Video visit was fast, cover all bases, and great quality of care.

Dr Shannon was the BEST. By far the best care I ever received at an urgent care, let alone the ease, care and convenience!!! He literally listened, and genuinely cared. From everything insurance related down to my symptoms. I also have a 5 year old autistic son who was sick and he immediately helped me get a second virtual appointment for him, and took care of him right over the phone! We are both already starting to feel better and it all started with Dr Shannon’s Help and Care!!!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

I haven’t had bad neck pain for the last couple of weeks when I got on the doctor was already on there and waiting my phone lag out for a minute will put back on. He was very nice and empathetic. I would choose him again.

Scheduling was so easy, check in was not tedious, staff was amazing, care was excellent.

I had a follow up from last week and Dr Andrew was once again fantastic! I did a video call which made it much easier and didn’t have to leave my house being sick. I definitely recommend Dr Andrew.
