I went in to have my blood drawn. I didn’t wait long at all. The doctor was very nice and did my blood draw since I’m a hard poke. The blood draw went smooth and Afterwards I ended up passing out in the lobby. The staff was extremely gentle with me and took care to make sure I was okay. The Dr tested my sugar and checked my neck and head. I’ve only been to this urgent care twice but the way they handled me this time makes this a place I would recommend to people. I really appreciated eveyone. Especially the doctor he took extra care with me and made me feel secure.

I was billed for nothing. The physician told me my wound was too small to get stitches. I left and walked to the the gas station to call an ems because I needed care I went to Beaumont and they said I needed stitches because it would get infected you guys didn’t even give any antibiotics. The Doctor at Beaumont gave me 3 stitches and antibiotics. I don’t think I should get billed because I didn’t receive no care .

My daughter had a bad cold for almost a week and a half.. finally she couldn't take it anymore. Come to find out she had onset walking pneumonia. Glad the facility was open and the wait time was not long at all. It took longer to register online than to see the doctor.
