We paid out of pocket for pcr test as was needed for travel. We arrived early in the day as requested. Staff was very reassuring we would receive results the same day. I followed up with the staff throughout the day regarding results as they were time sensitive. We did not receive the results as needed for travel and our plans have been delayed and this has cost us more money and headache. Very dissapoonted with this clinic and lab.

Receptionist was dismissive. Eating Funyuns at the front desk. Not professional. Nurse was nice though. The exam room was literally a small junk closet

Waited over an hour for my covid test, even though I had an appointment. I was assured I would receive my results the next day by 2 staff members. But it took nearly 3 days to get results back. It's ok in a pinch, but not great overall.
