They kept just trying to get me up out of there the whole time I had pneumonia and they didn’t tell me they are the worst

I had abdominal pain when I came in. The nurse practitioner was very kind , she called a colleage and both agreed I should go to the hospital.

That was my first time there it was very clean.the people were very nice.i like it cause it was not no long wait I got seen and taken care fast.the only thing is I didn't get the medican that was prescribed to me yet.i told them were to send it to and I haven't heard anything from were I told them to send my medican to.i thought I would get the medican today but I didn't. Yes I would recommend you all to other.

Woke up with a sore throat and only half of my voice ( laryngitis) and a Sinus infection that I had seen my primary doctor for, she prescribed a prednisolone dose pack which made me feel better until it was gone. The infection is coming back, so I went to This Urgent Care. The PA told me that she couldn’t do anything for me except to gargle with salt water. I asked for a prednisolone dose pack since the last one 8 days earlier was working but ran out before it could completely get rid of it. Thank you very much but I’ve gargled twice so far and it’s still prevalent.

Started developing a UTI the day before and since I’m frequently in the area (I live in Genesee county but my boyfriend lives right near this Urgent Care) I decided it would be better to just go even though I prefer to see my own doctor in my own town. Considering the usual UC I go to near my own home, this was a great experience; I didn’t wait long, the office was pretty clean (the only thing I noticed was that there were little pieces of trash on the floor here and there) but it maybe they had a busy morning (?). The staff was very friendly and the NP seemed to know her stuff and made some good recommendations as far as further preventative care that nobody else had explained to me before. Scripts were sent in immediately, no issues with anything. Will definitely return if need be.

Was very surprised on how wonderful every employee that works there we’re so so sweet and made me feel very welcomed. First time there and from beginning to end I have to say that I will promote and tell people to go there if you want Great care. I can’t say enough positive things about this urgent care. Treated me like I was so important to them. Thank you. I was there for an allergic reaction to shampoo and I was treated so kindly. THANK YOU

The staff was AMAZING!! Every one of the folks here treated us like we were important. They did a wonderful job calming my son down when he was scared and in pain. He had a bad cut on his forehead and they had to clean it out and glue it closed. They all went above and beyond. I was very impressed with this urgent care and will definitely go back if/when I need any health professionals

I had a neck ache for days so I stopped in to see if ear infection or throat infection, neither one so nurse practitioner said she thought it was muscle soreness and to put heat on it and continue with Tylenol. I couldn’t check in with my phone so registration clerk helped with that. Would recommend.

Woke up not feeling the best had to get a Covid and flu test for work and the staff was absolutely amazing and the physician assistant was very sweet and nice. Bedside manner was great. The next time I have to go to an urgent care. I’m definitely driving back out there it was the sweetest staff ever!!!

I did not schedule an appointment. I was a walk-in with an emergency had to get 19 stitches. The staff was welcoming. They took me right back to a room had me on my telephone clean the Wound set up the table for the Dr. well, I waited for the doctor, which was not very long. They would check in on me to make sure I was doing OK, and the doctor spent quite sometime with me. He did a wonderful job because it was a pretty gnarly from an emotion blender and I ended up with 19 stitches in my fingertip, but overall Check In was easy. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the care Excellent if I ever need prompt care or urgent care again this is my new location
