We received quality, compassionate, intelligent nursing and medical care here last week. My daughter was very sick and we were trying to avoid another ER visit. The nurses and Dr Issa were so kind and efficient. I am a nurse so it was difficult to be on the other side. I can tell you I can only hope I have provided this kind of care to my patients.

This place used to charge a flat rate of $75 for everything, that included x-rays and lab tests performed right there on sight. This was great for someone who can't afford health insurance, it's really the only reason I went there. Something changed because I went there last Nov. and they tried to charge me $250!!! I had to argue with them till the Dr. came out and tried to refund the money. Then she explained to the receptionist I was doing the self-pay at $75, who after all that, had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay $75?!? No you stupid fuck, I'd rather pay $250....DUH!!! Of course I'm gonna pay $75!!! Anyway, just went there a couple of days ago and they tried the same BS again of charging me the higher amount. I told her no, it's $75 and that's what I'm paying, then she started getting rude so I snatched back my ID and walked out. Never going there again!

Because the lab to which I'd gone for my COVID PCR test never reported my results, I had to scramble at 5 am to find a facility at which to be tested. Thankfully, the agent at American Airlines directed me to Creve Coeur Urgent Care! Dr. Alazzani was able to do a rapid antigen test as soon as I arrived and Ms. Pickens handled all of the paperwork. Thanks to them, I was still able to get to Barbados on the day intended!

All of the staff was so sweet, attentive, and nice. I visited the 24/7 location downtown on Olive and the wait time was so long and exhausting. I am very satisfied 😌 with my visit at the Creve Coeur location. I will be back if I need to be seen. Doctor Omar and the new employee Kimora showed so much concerned about why I was not feeling well. 5 stars to you all !!!!!

Called on Christmas day to see about a Covid test. I'm 70 and have Cancer. The lady my wife talked to said they could do it. Drove there from near the airport only to be told by a very rude Bitch that they where short staffed and weren't doing. Tried to tell this woman someone told us we could come out they would do it. Said she didn't care, they weren't doing testing. I wouldn't take a road kill to these people. Go SSM urgent care, much nicer people and go the extra mile to help people.

They do not do follow ups and messed up my finger to the point that it is permanently in a fixed position and I have horrible pain and a permanent bump. Do not go here, go to the ER!

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door. There was only one other patient in the waiting room when I arrived and once I was placed into a room to wat for a doctor I waited for over 2 and a half hours with no word. Very dissatisfied.

I could not have asked for better care for the injury to my hands. The staff was caring and friendly. Dr. Alcozie took time to explain everything he was doing, and gave me instructions both verbal and written for after care.

They didn’t even know that a UTI sample must be a clean catch!

I came in with bad stomach pain and just not feeling well. Dr.Cook and Dr NOUF handle my issues very fast and I left with no pain. I thank them so much. The service I received was impeccable. I will go there again if I ever have any emergency. Highly recommended
