Had been dealing with UTI symptoms for a few days and tried OTC meds but still no relief. Was able to make an appt right away for same day. Everything went smoothly and was roomed within a reasonable amount of time but the time it took for a provider to actually see me was longer than the time spent with the actual provider. I understand it’s an Urgent Care but the time waiting in an exam room for the provider was too long.

I work at an Urgent Care myself and woke up knowing exactly what was wrong but I would rather drive over 30 minutes to see Lauren and Mary any day then drive 5 minutes to my own place of employment bc I love them that much!  All of the staff is wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for seeing me the other day bc I think I died 5 times but the Lord wasn’t ready for me yet 🤣

The ladies here are great and super friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience and this is my go to place when I can’t get in to see my regularly dr.

I had very little wait time and Robin at the desk is always friendly and helped pass the time. Chrissy was amazing as usual and took care of me promptly with a smile! The staff was dressed in a Christmas theme and were so cute! Very pleasant experience!! I would definitely recommend 45 Urgent Care.

I was very pleased with the overall experience, I had an earache I was trying to manage as well as another issue, the convenience of checking in prior, the friendly staff, the care I received from when I walked in, the Doctor visit, X-ray techs, reception the intake nurse all were very friendly efficient and most of all wanting to make sure I got the care needed. I will definitely come back! ( when needed) lol! Thank you, I would absolutely recommend this provider !

Staff was very courteous. Wait time was short. Results came back quick for my daughter. Everyone was amazing.

I walked in the clinic without an appointment. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen A nurse practitioner fairly quickly After I completed the paperwork. They tested me for Covid and flu. test results came back pretty quickly. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and gave me proper diagnosis and medication. Highly recommend

Been fighting gout for 3 days and went to 45 urgent care to get no help.I was told that my blood pressure was 204 and they said there is nothing they could do.I was told to go to the emergency room!
