I went for a cocid-19 test, they called ne with my results but didn't leave a message and when I returned the call the same day the phone just rang kept giving prompts to push whom you wished to speak to, then after a while it would just hang up. I did this about 35-50times and still don't know my results. This is REDICULOUS, what if I tested positive, would not know. Do not go there if you want your results

On 10/29/20 I called several times to see if I could come in to have my ear checked. No one answered the telephone, however, it said they were open. Since no one answered after 6 times, I went over to Rapid Care. When I walked in, the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I said they did not answer their phone and it said you could walk in. She said they only have one phone and the other woman was on the phone all morning. She said I would have to wait at least two hours because they were busy. I said it defeats the purpose of a 'rapid care walk in' if they are not set up for that process. I told her I would go somewhere else. This is no way to run this type of a clinic, especially not being able to contact them by phone. My first two visits in the springtime were good. Apparently things have changed. Can't believe there is only one phone in a business today. Very disappointed.

Every time I call the phone rings continuously then it is picked up and disconnects. I got through one day and the lady who answered stated they just pick up and hang up if they are busy! I thought maybe they were having technical difficulties but it seems they need someone to just answer phones.

I have attempted to call and schedule an appointment approximately 15 times today. Every time I called it rang to the operator for about 8 rings and then the call disconnects. I am very frustrated.

Visited on Friday at 10am for X-ray of hand. After they took the X-ray, they told me they don’t have a radiologist on staff, so someone would read it over the weekend and notify me of results. They were out of splints, so they wrote a script for a splint and sent me around town trying to locate one. Didn’t hear from them by Monday morning. Called for results and was put on hold, waited 10 minutes, then they disconnected me. Called back and left a voice message for someone to return my call with radiology results. No return call for 5 hours. Called back and was told the radiologist never read xrays over the weekend, and now they can’t find the Friday X-ray, come in and take another. I’ve been sitting here for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and there are 4 people ahead of me, none have been seen yet. So it’s Monday at 5pm and I still don’t know yet if my hand is broken from a Friday 10am visit. This place is complete chaos and disorganization.
