I do not recommend A and G testing because of the male that works there. Any time I called and talked to the females, they were polite but every time they put the male on the phone he was very rude. I used a testing facility near me and could not produce a specimen after being there the whole morning. The testing facility I was at called A and G to inform them that I would have to come back the next morning and that A and G needed to send new paperwork for me. The man at A and G was not happy about that. Then fast forward a month, my instructor informs me he has not received my results because I have an open invoice with A and G and needed to pay it before my results would be released. I immediately got on the phone with A and G a lady answered and I explained to her that no one from A and G has called me at all to let me know I had a balance due. She informed me that I should check my email and pay via the link. I was polite to her and said, :" I understand you guys have a certain way of doing things but expecting someone to check email to pay is not a good way of doing it. That a phone call would be better." As I have email but NEVER EVER check it unless someone tells me they are sending me something so then I told the lady that someone at their facility should have told me to keep an eye on my email. At that point the man got on the phone and raised his voice and asked me who checks that email because it shows I have opened that invoice 7 times. (Which I have not otherwise it would have been paid) Then I tried to answer his question but he cut me off he said in an even louder voice, "LOOK I'm not going to get into a pissing match over $72 dollars." At that point I realized this is not a man that I can talk to. He asked me a question and won't even let me answer. I hung up the phone. I won't tolerate someone disrespecting me in the way this man has every time I have needed to call his facility for something. I was also told I needed to pay $55 the day of testing. I tried to pay but I was told I did not owe anything which is how I ended up owing A and G so how I ended up owing $72.28 I don't know and I won't be calling them to find out.
