I was under the impression that an Urgent Care facility was for walk-in emergencies and unforeseen illnesses. When I checked in at 9:55 am there were 6 people ahead of me who had scheduled appointments. This caused me a wait of over 2 hours in a crowded waiting room feeling like crap!

I had a sore throat and I didn’t feel driving across town. Your facility was convenient for me because it was down the street from my home. Everything was pretty easy to do online and schedule an appointment to my convenience. I appreciated that because I was just really struggling with being sick and lethargic. staff was nice and the only complaint I had was I waited 35 minutes before being seen. I was on time but I guess nowadays it takes much longer from what I hear if you go into ER so I guess I should be very appreciative that I was in and out in less than an hour and by the way, I cannot remember the doctor‘s name, but he was very much professional and had a great bedside manner. I would recommend your office to anyone who doesn’t have an emergency, but needs to be seen the same day thank you.

The clinician was less than desirable no bedside manner very brief did not even test for possible strep throat it only took one minute the whole visit not satisfied at all

As always  excellent care from the girls in front office and  the nurse and the doctor. This is the only   Place that’s  I go to , excellent care, I live in hemet so I’ll always drive to A1 thank you

Woke up this morning with a sore throat, cough and was able to book an appointment that same morning. I was in and out within 120 minutes with meds on order. PA Bash was so attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Booked a same day appt with no issues at all for an urgent matter. I also picked up my rx same day within the hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Every encounter with the staff made me feel more at ease with less feeling of anxiety. Thank you!

I was a walk in and was seen in 30 minutes! Excellent!

We walked in, check in was simple in my phone, the staff was courteous and the nurse was making sure to spray down the door handles to prevent the spread. The staff was very friendly and we were in and out.  5 stars all around
