I scheduled my appt for 0900, was escorted to the room @ 1000 and the practitioner spent 1 1/2 minutes with me. I was done at 1032. Sooo inefficient!

I walked in due to my severe cough and colds at about 11 am, easily attended by your staff and helped in check in in my phone. Then about 20 minutes of waiting I was  called in and attended by the medical staff and then by Doctor Hussain. Iwas greatly satisfied by the care I got from them. And thank you very much.

I walked in with no appointment. Staff was very courteous and cheerful. Not to be dramatic, but my condition was either "really serious" or "not too bad". They treated me as "really serious" until they were confident it wasn't too bad. And even then I didn't experience any unnecessary waiting. Everyone was helpful to me. Great care! *Recommend*

Timing was perfect, only one person ahead of me in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and professional. The Physician was friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly. My only complaint was that they don't always answer the phone. It rings a few times then gets a fast busy signal 'as if' someone denied the call.

After finding out our primary MDs urgent care didn’t do walk-ins this evening, I was given a resource list with A+ on it. I was able to call, then go and get my daughter in right away. Front desk MAs were courteous and kind. Quick and efficient, the FNP was able to assess and diagnose the issue and promptly send  it to our pharmacy, where we were able to pick up the scripts smoothly. Many thanks in our time of need! Would definitely recommend.
