Waited until I was quite miserable before deciding to go to urgent care. So it was a blessing to be able to schedule online, secure an appointment in little more than an hour, and once there being seen in less than 30 mins. Loved the staff as always and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

I went in for pre-employment physical and it was quick and efficient. The staff was super nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely come back. I am recommending this Urgent Care to all my friends and family.

I had an issue with my prescription not being received by CVS.  I spoke with Nate and got the info I needed, however when CVS asked to have prescription resent Nate ignored 7 of my calls to follow up.  I had my wife call and Nate helped, but when she called again, her call also was ignored.  For a total of 8 calls ignored.  I had a tight window because your office was closing and also CVS.  I needed this medication and I didn’t appreciate this behavior.  I will take my health issues elsewhere and never return again.

I wanted her to be my primary care person. She made me feel comfortable and she knew what she was doing with confidence

Everything went real smooth the staff got me in right away dr was great

This is the 2nd time we have made an appointment. And the 2nd time it was canceled due to no provider. This will be the last time we will even attempt to go to your establishment

Easy peasy! My bad- I should have called ahead first to verify that they X-ray tech was on today and then scheduled around that, so needing to come back a second time for the X-ray was on me. I love being seen here because the staff is amazing and I feel confident about the quality of care.

Process is smooth & easy just come prepared with all paperwork/ credentials. The staff workers are highly skilled with lovely personalities, will definitely  recommend for anyone in the IE Area

Just want to thank Christy for always taking the time to care for her patients, she actually listens and genuinely cares for each person, this was my 2nd visit there this week, had the dr 5 day's prior took the time to care the way Chrisy does I may not of needed the second visit! Thank you Christy for being a dr that takes the time to care!
