Amazing staff only thing was the nurse didn’t wash her hands, use gloves, or hand sanitizer, before touching my baby. When I told the doctor, she failed to acknowledge me and tried to gaslight me by saying she washed her hands before coming into contact with us. Staff needs to review the hand hygiene infection prevention and control model.

I came to Urgent Care because of stomach pain this evening. When I got there to check in, the process was easy and the staff took care of me in a timely manner. This is my second time coming here and I wasn't disappointed. Their professionalism is A+. If you need to be seen for any medical issue, I recommend them.

I woke up this morning with flu like symptoms. I had decided to book an appointment at A+ urgent care lake Elsinore around 12:45 and got an appointment as soon as 1:20. The receptionist already confirmed my appointment over the phone quickly and easily. Upon entry the facility was very clean & empty! The woman that took my vitals was so incredibly kind & worked with me and allowed me to take my time bc I was feeling weak and nauseous. The doctor that helped me quickly got to the point of what was wrong and had me put in 20 minutes or less. I got my medication quickly & I’m already feeling better! I definitely recommend this urgent care! Thank you A+ urgent care staff for such a great urgent care visit! 🤍

Woke up with a huge blister on my right foot, big toe. Waited about 25 minutes. Staff was awesome. Very helpful with signing in.

Everyone is this office is kind, patient and goes the extra mile to help young kids and nervous moms alike. This is our go to place for urgent needs.
