Such a good experience.  Made an appointment. They got me back right away and I got excellent care. The provider was very thorough and took her time to answer all questions. Could not have had a better experience!! Will definitely remember this place for further Urgent care visits.

They didn’t prescribe me any type of medication. And I asked for a doctors note and she wouldn’t even accommodate with me. Very terrible experience and didn’t get anything figured out for me.

Hurt my ankle last night and thought I’d come in A+ Urgent Care this morning. Went to Murrieta site as LE does not have x-ray  services. Didn’t you you could make appts so was a walk in. Filled paperwork line after they sent me a link. The wait list said I had 13 ahead of me. So I prepared to wait. I was called back < 10 mins. Had a 3 view x-ray of my ankle then was taken to an exam room. VS taken. Then I waited again<10 min and Ashley, Dr. or PA came in examined my ankle then said I had a fracture on the back of my heal. Gave me two options for treatment I chose one. Received Cd of my x-rays and a written report. Instructed to get referral from my Primary care Dr. for either ortho or podiatry. Pain control discussed. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Please all around…from getting it scheduled to the processing and friendliness.  I had a very good experience.

My daughter woke up not feeling well. We were able to walk right in and be seen shortly after. Everyone was very nice to us. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone.

The office visit itself was fine. It’s the getting the prescription filled that fell apart. I filled out THEIR question as to where I wanted the prescription filled at. Being Saturday, I wrote CVS. Even went over this with the nurse practitioner. When I went to CVS 2.5 hours after my appointment, I was surprised when they said they never received the order. Apparently the staff sent my prescription to a pharmacy that is CLOSED on the weekend instead of CVS AS WRITTEN ON THE FORM. Dealing with COVID AND having to do the extra running around was not fun and could have been avoided. Yes, I will go back if needing Urgent Care again. Hopefully it goes better the next time.

Made an appointment so had minimal wait time. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I took my granddaughter and all the staff was very professional keep up the good work
