Recently visited Accelerated Urgent Care feeling absolutely awful unable to breathe runny nose which should be very simple and all I wanted as to be given some prescription medication to help me feel better which would be some type of flu or Tamiflu medication. Unfortunately, I came into contact with physician's assistant "Heather Delmore" and she did a huge workup that consisted of a chest x-ray and nothing else then came to a conclusion of blood clots in the right leg and refused to do anything else and tells me to go to the emergency room claiming that she cannot properly diagnose me because she does not have the proper equipment and refused to do a simple Tamiflu test that takes five minutes. This lady has no bedside manners, has no idea how to communicate with people and is completely unprofessional, she does not listen to a word you say and wants to associate past medical conditions with the current doctors visit because it makes her job easier. Sounds like she just got of school where she maintained a D average with obvious no experiance in the field. She is by far the worst urgent care "PA" that you could ever come across she is not a doctor she is a physician's assistant that means she assist the real Medical Doctor. So I decided to go to a real Urgent Care. Guess what happened? what do you know... real physician prescribed Tamiflu with cough syrup an inhaler and drumroll..... antibiotics! Honestly, this was totally my fault I had a previous horrible experience with "Accelerated Urgent Care" and decided to give them another shot I will strongly urge you Do Not go to this Urgent Care they're no different then me telling you "due to the possibility of death, coma or seizure" (tipically used to scare you and go to the Emergency Room and pawn off liability) I can't treat you go to the emergency room. But make sure to stop by the billing desk on the way out to ensure you pay me $1,000 for giving you directions to the nearest emergency room! someone reading this could take this post as sarcasm I'm not being sarcastic I'm being truthful! If you seek medical attention do not go to this facility go to another Urgent Care where they actually do their job and not look for the most recent "past medical condition" to assosheate the doctor's visit too! Diadoses shortness of breath.... really!?
