This company is trying to become the Starbucks of the Urgent Care Business by using and abusing the MediCal program that the lunatic Governor of California put in place as free healthcare for all illegal aliens. So far the state with this policy has dug itself a $50 Billion dollar hole that Californians are going to be stuck paying. This company is serving this demographic and doing it at the expense other every other demographic in the state. These people are racists plain and simple, you don’t fit the primary demographic you wait even with an appointment and they don’t care. Most every facility is staffed with people of color and Latinos some might even be illegals. A person with insurance from their work comes in expecting to be seen for an urgent matter and you get sized up at the checkin counter and if you don’t have the magic card the MediCal card with no formulary that pays these people more than your insurance does your sat on the side lines and if you complain they find ways to extend your wait even longer until you just get pissed off and leave which is what they wanted to begin with. They might as well hang a sign of the front door saying that, “Illegal aliens are the only ones served here.” It is that bad, it’s racism at its worst and these two owners saw this wave coming, these are the clowns that used conservative media to trash the handling of the Covid crisis yet as soon as the Democrats took office these two forged a get rich scheme using Governor Newsome’s insane decree that Californians would pickup the tab for the healthcare costs of millions of illegal aliens and now the state is going broke and facilities like this are flooded with sick illegal aliens most who come in a full family of 6 to 8 at a time they have never been told by any real doctor that there is nothing that can be done for the common cold aka the flu but not this place oh no they are staffed with PA’s who are PA’s for a reason and they load these people up with expensive nebulizers, antibiotics that do nothing and inhalers so when the pharmacy sees these patients of this company they know they can Jack the rates up. Mean while my insurance has a formulary and would never pay for all of these useless drugs if the cause really was the flu. Californians are getting hosed by this stupid decree by a nitwit Governor and when we need facilities like an urgent care we can’t use them because they are overrun by illegal aliens and this Urgent Care particularly this one wants to only treat this demographic, people who can’t even read and write on their own language. The owners don’t care about civil rights all the people working for them have been trained via a DEI officer and given regular CRT training so they aren’t just techs they are social justice warriors looking for people who don’t fit the companies well defined demographic of a “customer” and then making sure those people either don’t get treatment or are placed at the end of the line no matter if how long they waited for their appointment. Once the books are opened and this treachery is discovered these owners will sell if their every other corner treatment centers for illegal aliens and the run for the nearest country that does not have an extradition agreement with the US. In a year this business model won’t work as the money won’t be there to pay these clowns when the Feds turn the tap off to states that harbor illegals and offer them benefits they don’t deserve. They can claim healthcare as a human right but if that is true why do Americans still have to pay for their families health insurance. The reason is simple we are not a Socialist country nor will we ever be one so these mini dictators like Newsome who used the residents money to try this stupid social experiment which was always doomed to fail because someone has to pay, doctors aren’t free nor are hospitals and anyone grifting off of Newsome pipe dream is a criminal in my eyes because these illegal aliens don’t deserve any benefits that Americans must pay for because we are already paying for ourselves, these people and those that serve them and only them like the NGO’s and now companies like Accelerated are grifters, they aren’t invested in anything this social experiment aka exploitation of the populace is total rip-off run by racists who don’t care about healthcare, they care about their bank account period. Stay away from all of these Urgent Cares in California but especially Accelerated you will be mistreated and possibly mis-diagnosed if you do happen to ever see the inside of an exam room which I doubt you will unless you fit their well defined demographic of being an illegal alien with a Governor Newsome issued Medi-Cal card.

I was there recently last week for the virus testing.. told me that I should hear back within 5 days I've been trying to call them and I've been unsuccessful with getting ahold of anyone literally they're an urgent care center either they have staff that don't know how to respond to calls or they like to just let ring while they waste time very unprofessional. Would have given more stars but that is their weakness unfortunately

Drs are not well trained I've been in here twice once for a bite and was told they don't know what it is that it was a burn or something but why would I be there asking what it is if I knew it was a burn and the second time I had pain on my lower side of my gut and was told he didn't know what it could be and didn't say anything after that they really need some better educated drs or because they don't seem to know what there doing I literally waited two minutes in the room and that was it told me it probably was a burn I wouldn't ever recommend anyone go here because they might just tell you that you have something you really don't

Today was my 4th visit to this facility within a 12 month period & I've had the same experience each visit. They are quick and the staff are all friendly and professional. I haven't had an unpleasant experience here with the wait time, the doctors or staff. Thank you Accelerated Urgent
