Appt was 11:40. I wasn’t seen until 1:20. Staff was great and I was just happy to be able to get an appt in this crazy, busy flu season.

Walked in and was seen relatively quickly. Received superior care from nurse & the provider. Received a diagnosis and was offered an Rx. Provider spent time explaining diagnosis, treatment, etc. Professional staff. Excellent care. Clean facility. Would return again.

Woke up with a sore throat so scheduled an appointment for later in the day, just to have to sit for a solid two hours, only one doctor so when they had a minor emergency we had to sit another hour. It took forty five minutes to get our test results back after the ONLY nurse said it’ll take about fifteen minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like waiting when there is no one in the office but us.  Also have to pay before being close to seen, just to have to wait another twenty minutes. God forbid you have an appointment because walk-ins are automatically more important.

Needed to get my little one in quickly, who is special needs and absolutely terrified of doctors. I was able to make an appointment easily and we only waited maybe 45 mins in the lobby. Everyone was so kind and patient with caring for him even though he was so scared and crying so much. The provider was AMAZING and tried to do all of the things as easily as possible for him.

Love the provider Danielle!!! She is so kind and very compassionate. I can tell she truly cares about the patients. Also, the nursing staff were great but Danielle is the reason I returned to your facility!

I felt well-listened to and attended to as the staff ministered to me. Friendly, caring, and professional. Thankful to have them in our community.

Absolutely fantastic staffing, there was an issue with the website as far as sending in my insurance documents to them. I made the front desk lady aware (I can’t remember her name but very friendly) she attempted to help me, still didn’t work so she did it manually on her end, got my lowest deductible as well, feels like as soon as I got paperwork in, I was called back. Once I was in the room, tests were run and not even 5 minutes went by before they came back. 10/10 highly recommend

The staff at the Bartlesville office is wonderful! The provider, Danielle, was so caring, nice, and professional. She took time to listen to me and took her time on the exam. I never felt rushed.
