Woke up this morning with horrible sinus pressure and ear pain. Scheduled an appointment online. Checked in 30 minutes early for appointment. Was seen and discharged before original appointment time. Access is very efficient.

I have had clogged ears for 2 weeks now. I have tried everything from ear wax drops to allergy and sinus medicines. I decided to come in today because it had gone on too long. Check in was easy and wait time was good. Got to room and nurse checks vitals and sends someone else. I’m not sure if she introduces her self because I can’t hear. She does a quick look in my ears and says it’s wax. Says she will put order in and they will Come do a wash. Ok well they forget about me but finally come in and proceeds to squirt water/peroxide and a lot of it. She refills twice and nothing. I begin to get dizzy and she says it’s because a little came out. This is after she says nothing is coming out. Then the other girl came in and says I’m dizzy because she used cold water. And I need to go home and use over the counter wax drops to loosen it up and come back to do the wash again. She came back in and shows me a picture of the drops I need to use and I tell her I’ve used them. She said to go to my pcp and get a referral to a ent because they can’t do anything else. So I pay $50 my ears are worse and I’m dizzy still and she says there’s nothing else. All the while I never actually saw a doctor. They both kept saying that this is what he recommends.

I would highly recommend. I was able to book an appt the same day since I had a really bad ear ache! The communication is second to none! However I made an appointment and they put me a room right away  I still had to wait over 40 minutes. I know they are busy right now, but I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to sit there that long. The doctor came in and checked my ear and said yep  you have an infection and prescribed an antibiotic. It was quick once the doctor came in..

No clean at all. Especially the patient room we were placed in. Mud clumps on the floor, open bottle of used saline in the room from a previous patient. Nothing felt clean.

Poor care no help from the staff NP. She had no clue what to do so she left to get advice from another NP which didn’t help.  I am now in the ER for the same complaint that got worse since that visit which it is a urgent care so ik they can’t do much but the idea they didn’t know what they were doing etc. I will not pay the bill for the was of time where I could have been sent to the ER!
