Waited over 3 hours,  PA seemed scared to touch my hand to even evaluate my injury.

Pain when swallowing, white sores in back of throat, around someone with strep, have lupus, chronic steroid usage, on 2 immune suppressants and told viral. Not even told if gets worse will call in antibiotic. Poor care and Not going back. Today, the doctor goes off negative strep test when two months ago was told by another doctor that there are 150 strains of strep and test only is for one strain. That doctor gave me the antibiotic for precautionary measures and symptoms point to strep. Not this lady doctor. Do not waste your time today.

The PA did not look at my chart or anything  When asked why I was there I said I felt awful and wanted to know what to do to feel better  She said wait it out and if had been doing something I said night quil and day quill she said that was good   I asked about maybe a shot and she said ok. The started to leave I asked if she could look in my ears she said she thought she already had or at least it seemed like she did. Overall I could have done what she did and just asked the nurse for a shot and went home.  Terrible visit with the PA the nurses were good.

My granddaughter was seen tonight. They did a thorough job of checking her. She was dehydrated so I am going to recommend the school give her access to more water. The nurse and doctor were fantastic.

Been battling sinus issues this week and decided to go to local urgent care.  Easy to schedule, did paperwork on line and it was actually there upon arrival- a rarity in my experience with health care.  Check in was 30 seconds, appointment was on time and both staff were professional.  Im a very satisfied customer.  Would recommend this practice highly.

My son had been running a fever for 3 days, so I scheduled an appointment. We did everything online, as well as check in. We were seen within 15 minutes. The nurse took a few tests, and said it would take 15 minutes for the results. My son and I were put in a room that was very cold, and waited 50 minutes for the Doctor to come in. However, no one came, and I had to step out of the room to ask about the doctor. They got her right away, and she said "Oh they put you in the cold room". All while my son is running a fever of 102.4, which made him feel like he was freezing. She stated the tests came back negative, and then listened to his back with his coat on. She did not check his ears, his nose or his throat. She said he just has a cold and he will be fine in a couple of days. His sickness progressed, so I took him somewhere else. He was diagnosed with Pneumonia. The nurse was wonderful, however, the doctor did a very poor job of checking my son thoroughly. You trust that they know what they're doing, but that was not the case for my son. So now not only does my insurance have to pay for that visit, but they also have to pay for a second visit due to the poor treatment my son received. The doctor gets zero stars, and I will not go back to the Urgent Care facility in Claremore on Blue Star. Thank you!
