Doctor did not run any test and sent my sick kid to the er instead. It was a simple strep throat and could have been taken care of at the clinic had the doctor not been lazy and actually ran a test or two rather than brushing us off. Office staff was too busy on their phones to be of any real use.

The last thing a sick person wants to do is go online and fill out a bunch of forms. The desk girl will check people in if you’re old and she doesn’t want to explain how to do it online but will make sure you know she doesn’t want to. The wait is awful as all these places are. The lady who brought us back and took vitals was nice. The doctor said two words, asked no questions, checked my child’s ears and lungs then walked out and we did not see him again. The nurse came back and told us test results what med was prescribed and that was it. No explanation of meds, no time to ask questions, no sick note for school.

Practitioner did not ask me one question about why I was there but took my word that I needed an abscess drained. I am glad he trusted me but I feel he should have talked to the patient prior to setting up for a procedure.

Scheduled an appointment pretty quickly! Got there and had to wait 15-20 min longer after my appointment time, but they were busy. Got in and all the staff were super nice. I would recommend this place especially if you can’t get into your doctor and need to see a doctor fast.

Checked in at 1015, waited, I believe 1/2 hour or more. Was taken back to room for V/S, question asked. Then was taken to another room & waited another 10-15 minutes. Saw doctor & he listened to my lungs, talked. Negative for strep. Covid swab done & then I left.
