I have been to this clinic a number of times. I was so glad the receptionist didn't make me fill out all my insurance info with pictures of the cards since they already have all my info in the computer. The Doctor/PA was very helpful and gave me extra information for over the counter meds that would help me with my sinus infection and allergies as well as the antibiotic. I was in and out quickly too not like the 55 minute wait at my PCPs office. Medical Technician was very professional and caring as well. I would definitely recommend this provider.

It was all good Very impressed with the doctor who took a lot of time to talk to me and really listened.

Took my daughter and I in and said I thought we had bronchitis or pneumonia. We had been running high fevers.  Waited forever with only one other person there.  It was dirty.  The PA we saw said we needed to take a Covid test which I declined because it doesn’t do any good.  She would only give us cough pills.  Which did nothing and we didn’t even have much of a cough.  That is what she put our symptoms Down as and I never said that.  So left. Went to a different urgent care and we did have pneumonia.  I was really mad because I waited about 5 more days before going to the second urgent care.  I knew we had it and she wouldn’t listen and wanted to say it was Covid and do nothing for us. Will not ever go back there.  This is not something you mess around with.  Obviously she didn’t care.

Typically I have great visits with this center with myself and family, but not this time. I scheduled my appointment in advance, however, was seen almost 30 minutes later. The PA ("Jennifer") seemed to be lackadaisically getting to people. She refused to extend my medical note because I refused a second Covid swab and unnecessary chest x-ray. She was very dismissive towards me after I refused the testing recommendations, and attempted to talk down to me. Horrible bedside manners and behavior. Any other doctor would've provided the extension - she's on a power trip.

I was a walk in and had no wait after filling out the form and was thankful for that. Cost was no problem through my insurance. I not only would recommend it, this was my second visit there and have told others about it.

Check in is easy. Friendly enough staff however waste of copay. PA said I had fluid in my ear and throat red but couldn’t prescribe anything other than Sudafed and cough pills. Sick over a week when I visited and still feel awful. I will wait for my drs office to open next time.

I absolutely love everyone at this location. I have an urgent care much close to my home and drive to this location because of the PA, nurses and front desk.

That was probably the best experience I’ve ever had going to a doctor. Everybody was friendly courtesy professional made you feel at home, answered all the questions.
