Had to wait an hour past appointment time and another hour in the Dr office.  Music blaring loudly was more than annoying.

I scheduled a 4p w/116th western and they didn’t have a Dr there so they called and ask if I wanted to go down the street on Santa fa. I said yes, if they have a 4p or tell me what time they have & I’ll take it. She said they had a 4p. I got there around 4:04p. there was 1 person besides me in the waiting area and I wasn’t seen until 5:20p.  The scheduling is not good. The doctor and nurse and receptionist were all nice and polite but I would have scheduled a later time if there wasn't an available appt. Please don’t make us wait that long with a scheduled appt. That’s why I don’t walk in w/out an appt.

I woke up this morning with my throat and ears burning. I felt horrible. I scheduled my appt online. I went in and was seen within 15 minutes. They made me feel like they cared about my concern and  My recovery.

With only one provider there the wait was a little bit longer than I expected but it was worth it! The staff was wonderful and so helpful and attentive. I had x-rays done and they were very careful and concerned about my pain.

I've been dealing with sinus and respiratory issues for over a week. Finally decided to go to an urgent care on my day off. It was super easy to schedule and the staff was great. Great to have good care when you're no feeling well. Would definitely return.

Had a 2nd degree burn on my stomach and a bad migraine and was treated for both with patience and kindness just as last time! Will be coming back again and again when needed!

I've been struggling breathing for a couple days. Doc said I had a respiratory infection. He was so very kind and RX'd me something to help. He listened to my concerns and took me seriously! Very friendly man! And his nurse was absolutely the sweetest! All staff were very kind and considerate. Check in was easy too! The wait was a bit long but he is the only provider at the moment but because of the great patient care I wasn't even concerned about the wait. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Staff was super friendly, got me the prescriptions i needed.

I was a walk-in. They didn't seem busy but it took about 20+ minutes to take me back for vitals. The Receptionist isn't very friendly but the medical Assistant has a friendly disposition. The doctor said he was going to call in Capron (??) for coughing but he didn't. To try to call to speak to someone takes an act of congress so I have to go without that medication. I also didn't feel like driving back up there to follow-up on those meds.

Great people and very positive. That helps!!!    Glad I can in   It was after 6pm and had no issues with online reservations
