Took my son in because he wasn't feeling well. As soon as he tested positive for covid everyone started acting different and didn't have time to answer questions or concerns. I have another school age child in the home and was just told to only quarantine my son and treat symptoms with over the counter meds. Very dismissive. We have been in here a few times before and have never been rushed out and treated the way we were. I think I will be looking for a different urgent care in the future. Very unhappy today.

We booked an online visit came in. The receptionist told us that our insurance was inactive. We told her our insurance was active. She then said well I usually don’t do this, but I’ll call your insurance company to see if it’s active. Then she called the insurance company and told her yes the insurance was active. That was the first thing wanted an x-ray for my wife’s lungs. They did not give one. They said she breathing was fine. She still is not breathing that well so we’ll see how it goes here in the next couple of days.

My son who is 14 had flu symptoms and we were a walk in. We did not wait long. This wasn’t our first time at this location. The front office staff was super nice, nurse was super friendly, and we’ve seen the PA before and she is always great. Thanks for getting us in quick and helping us out during his sickly time. I would recommend going here if you’re not close to your regular physician or if they can’t get you in. They are great.

Just needed a physical for school. Was able to get the paperwork done online. We were in and out within 30 mins of arrival and we were about 15 mins early for the appointment.

I’ve been having some ear and neck pain, so I scheduled an 8 am. The staff is always pleasant and lovely. Turns out I don’t have an ear infection, but some drainage in my tube that is causing a great deal of pain. Thankfully, the provider, Joanie, explained everything and offered not only treatment but empathy. She was really great.
