Scheduling was good up until website had some issues saving my secondary insurance. The visit was fantastic, a caring professional Doctor Who ordered the meds that I needed and also gave me advice on how to treat my condition. I’m super pleased.

Woke up to a bad toothache that was triggered 2 days ago by eating something sweet and today had gotten worse and swelling appt was simple to make and quick to get in when I was seen she was very nice concerned and got me set up with all I needed as far as antibiotics were that will help rid myself of the infection overall visit was 10/10 would highly recommend

Scheduling was a breeze. Connecting was easy. The PA was super nice and seemed to be sincere in understanding how I felt and what I needed. The only downside was a $50 copay for a 10 min visit. I don't think virtual visits should cost the same as in office visits. Other than that it was a smooth easy process. Will use again if needed.

I had a sinus infection and this was convenient, didn't have to drive and wait.

I don't feel as if the provider prescribed enough medicine for my symptoms. The provider didn't prescribe a weeks worth of medicine only 5 days worth. Also I don't think the correct medication was prescribed.

Complained regarding a sore throat and fever with all other symptoms but all that has been recommended is to wait it out 5-7 days. I won’t be coming back

Had a cold that turned into a sinus infection. I was able to see at PA through a video visit. She was thorough, professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Soon had had sore throat and fever, really wanted him to start on a z pack, just in case it was strep or sinus infection

It went really well and super fast which was convenient. Thanks to the dr. We really appreciate her for her patience and time.
