Check in was good The staff were excellent. Very nice and professional

I was there (recommended by my dentists assistant) to visit because my dentist was on vacation. I’m a police officer and deal aniyj people everyday so I was really expecting to get better service, especially since it was no other patients there.  After I checked in, I was greeted by a nurse who took my information. She was excellent and had no issues with her at all. After she was done she escorted me into the room to be seen. I sat there waiting to be seen by the doctor and nobody came to check on me or let me know anything. I called my dentists assistant back and asked if it was possible for her to call my dentists assistant to get the ok to get some amoxicillin while STILL waiting to be seen.  About 15 minutes later, the dentists assistant called me back and told me that she had the prescription sent to Walmart. So I gathered my belongings and headed towards the door. I opened the door and told the front desk lady that I don’t need to be seen anymore since it took so long, and as I was explaining on why I was leaving, a gentleman who was leaning against the wall talking to somebody walked up and stood there as I told the lady I did not need nor want to be seen anymore. She refunded me my money and I left. I was not in uniform but maybe I should have been so I could have been seen while I was waiting in a room in pain. I was only there because my dentist was out, and my PCP had twins and his office is only open temporarily from 8-12. Unless it’s a last ditch option I probably won’t be revisiting. I would rather drive 20 miles out the way, than take a 3 minute drive there and sit in pain never to been seen and have the doctor sitting around.

Scheduled appt at Newcastle urgent care, but guy told me they didn't have doc available that day, so moved appt to south okc...25 minute drive compared to 20 mins, but they were very efficient

I suspected an area where a skin cancer had been recently removed was becoming infected. I was visiting from Alaska, so I chose to go the Access Clinic to have it checked out . As it turned out, it was indeed infected and the kindhearted PA who saw me prescribed an oral antibiotic and gave me a number of better bandaids with instructions how up clean the area twice a day. I was glad I went there instead of waiting until I was back in Alaska.

My back doctor was not available so i came to Access to see if I could get relief. They don’t give injections but they gave me a pain killer prescription that helped.

Scheduling was easy checkin was fast and staf were great and care was amazing

Very kind, very on top of everything! The check in process was super quick and when I went back they took everything I was telling them and really listened to the problem! I really recommend coming here when you need too!
