I schedule at 4:30 via Solve online, it was available 4pm/4:15pm anyway we still had to wait 25 minutes. For High School Physical.  They priced $5 up and now it is $25.  Finished within 10 minutes of checking. Nothing Major check (toe walking, check faces, and eye)

Went in right before close which I understand can be very frustrating but I called beforehand to make sure my daughter would still be able to be seen as I believed she had RSV. When I called to ask if they would still be able to see my daughter the lady that answered the phone replied with “I don’t really know how to answer that” I proceeded to say I just wanted to know if they would be able to see her considering the time. She rudely replied “we will try”. Once I checked in a nurse called another patient back that was also waiting. He clearly had a terrible attitude with a smug look on his face. Again I understand it being frustrating having patients right before close as I work in health care myself but staff needs to do better. Probably will not be back to this location after this experience 🙂

The provider seemed very new. When she inspected my ear she kept hitting parts of it outside the ear hole / ear canal and it was painful  she also didn’t really do anything. she just told me to get medicine at walgreens  waste of time and money
