The staff and Doctor were very professional , friendly and caring!

I have been to this facility before and was always pleased, but the girl who was working the front desk, This time could not have been less compassionate, as well as less friendly if she had tried. When people come into an office for medical reasons, they are obviously not feeling well, so the LAST thing you need to see is some hateful face and voice, which is the first person you see when you come into the building. The female PA was excellent and the young lady that took my vitals was very sweet and professional also. The receptionist was rude to an elderly man who came in after me. Sh is at the wrong job and certainly not a good luck for this business.

I have been to this Access Center 3x in 2 yrs and have been nothing but pleased with everyone front the front desk to the PA. Not the same people each time, but the same quality of care and kindness. I appreciate you!!!

Disappointed I was so sick with upper respirator infection. Dr said no antibiotics. I just got sicker each day. I called and asked for antibiotics to be called in. No one would help me. I went to my PCP who said I was getting pneumonia. He gave me steroids and antibiotics and got me feeling better.

Had a cough that got worse overnight. Was able to get appointment that morning. I was in and out in 30 minutes! The staff was awesome. Would highly recommend.

I went in for a urine analysis, I was told I would be contacted with results. It has been a month later and still no results. I call the location requesting results, I was told I would get a call back. I am still waiting on results, glad it was nothing serious. No I would not recommend this provider

The Dr gave me no solutions to having Covid! I saw my pcm Dr the next day and was proscribed medication for Covid. That staff was not help and sharp with me when I was really down and out with the symptoms of Covid. Also the doctor gave inaccurate information regarding Covid guidelines.

Had UTI. Wait was less than 5 minutes. In and out within 30 minutes. Great service

Waited in the waiting room like 5 minutes till I got called back to do vitals and I didn’t get his name but he was such a sweetheart. Even the doctor was so nice and my total wait time was like 20 minute. 10/10 for my total experience
