Walked in and was no wait line nurse took me right back and saw the doctor within 15 min every one very nice

This facility has always treated me in a fast and professional way. I’ve been coming here for years and even with new nurses n Dr and staff from time to time the care is always quality care

I tried completing paperwork online and had difficulty understanding the instructions until I got to the office. Also I had taken my grandchildren and had taken different ones on different days and received a variety of directions to be able to provide care with my son giving permission. This took forever. There were other things that happened as well.

I went in with my thumb cut and it wouldn’t quit bleeding.  I had a short wait and then was seen by the nurse.  She did the xrays, the Dr came in and put stitches, the nurse administered the tetanus injection and I was on my way home in a bit over an hour!   Very efficient and friendly.

Great doctor. Took me 4 hours to get meds . Took a long time to do online information. Staff was not friendly talked over me.

I definitely recommend using access Health. It was so convenient to book an appointment ahead of time online.  everyone there really listened to me and cared. Now I’m on the road to feeling better!

I have used this Urgent Care in the past and have always received great care from doctors or physicians assistants. Unfortunately on this visit I was seen by a nurse practitioner and did not experience the great care. She seemed very rushed because she was late getting to me as she had to perform a procedure prior to seeing me. (Note: I had scheduled an appointment online). I was very sick, and was treated for a sinus infection. However, I’m not sure that was an accurate diagnosis. The only test performed was a Covid test. No flu test or anything else. I was prescribed Amoxicillin +Clav. I was very very sick with stomach pain, aches, and nausea all week. I’m not sure if it’s because of the meds or because I really had a virus. I’m not a doctor and I rarely get sick but when I do I go to an urgent care. I’m disappointed in the care abs have lost faith in the ability of this urgent care to provide proper treatment. And I’ll never take that amoxicillin + clav again. I thought I was getting augmentin or just amoxicillin.
