The overall experience was very good. But we were not experienced enough to fill out information online very well.

Everyone was very friendly, but I had to fill out the paperwork on line copy my ID copy my insurance card and then still had to give that information when I got there when you don’t feel good that’s just redundant and very frustrating.

Well the nurses at front desk are rude and inconsiderate. Physician assistant was nice and professional. The rest of the staff earns the 2 star rating that goggle has for them .

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care facility. The staff was friendly and efficient and I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was!

Rude receptionist. Understand why there's a sign next to her saying patients can't be aggressive with staff. The nurse was nice. And so was the "doctor" not that you have an actual doctor on staff she was a nurse practitioner. Really should have better customer service, end of day I won't be back. The facility smells bad is outdated, the online app didn't record my appt that was requested at 6 am this morning for 4 pm, and with that rude receptionist I just know there's better places with better service. Over all totally disappointing.

This was my first time to this urgent care facility. And it was definitely my last. My husband and I both, tested positive for covid. I was doing pretty good until 2 days ago, when my throat started hurting and kept getting worse. Basically, as of this morning, I've been up for more than 24 hours because the pain was so intense. So at 3am, I go on their website and schedule a appointment for 9am. I arrive 15 minutes early and set in the lobby until 1020 before they put me in a room. At 1045, still haven't seen a doctor, np, PA or anything. I was in so much pain that I wanted to cry. At this point, I walked out and left. Oh and let's not forget how unfriendly the check in girl (who btw had the lights turned off in her office), and the MA that roomed me were. I told the MA that I was being treated for lung cancer, had tested positive for covid, and was concerned about how bad my throat was hurting. You would think, given my high risk situation, that someone would see me pretty quick... but no. Don't waste your time here, they don't give a crap.

This place was actually horrible. The doctor was kind enough, but everything else was terrible. The nurse was rude and asked me which test she should run on me. When I was checking out, I asked which pharmacy they were sending me to. The nurse told me “the pharmacy you told me to send it to.” I was never asked which pharmacy and I never told them anywhere. She named a pharmacy and I (finally) went on my way. The pharmacy they sent me to was closed. We went back to the office and named a pharmacy that was still opened. They told me they had sent it through and I had them confirm the location for me. We then went to the updated pharmacy, where I was told they never had anything sent in for me. I called the office back to find out they had closed early. I then waited to talk to a representative who told me there wasn’t even record of my visit. I had my paperwork with all my info, but was told there was nothing that could be done. These people have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
