Very nice people! They did my DOT physical. I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all!

I was a walk-in. Pinched nerve. Super friendly, attentive and caring staff. Glad I went. Will not hesitate to go back as needed. Definitely recommend.

All of the staff was very nice. However, if I schedule an appointment for 4:00 for my child and we sit in the waiting room for an hour and then another hour for the actual visit that is just crazy to me! What is the point of an appointment. (And yes I realize it's an urgent care not a Primary care physician) but by the time we were there 2 hours, all the pharmacies in town were all closed, and we needed her meds tonight.

Scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 mins early per website. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen when the website reflected no wait. This is a common problem here. I’m tired of your time being more important than mine. News flash. It isn’t. If there is a wait, it should be reflected on your website.

I'm so happy Access urgent care was ready and available for my care and xrays. The nurse and Mary are the greatest! I will highly recommend them to anyone with immediate health issue's. Thank you!

Wondered what was taking so long with no one there that I could see once the ball was rolling timing was good

Pain, redness, swelling and drainage from left eye. Was seen within 10 min. Targeted exam and appropriate treatment had me on the way back to health. Thanks so much.

I needed to be seen asap after work and it was easy scheduling great staff made it comfortable. The doctor was friendly professional and quick. Great service.

Had a sever sinus infection and virus running a low grade fever for 7 days had confirmed it was not covid, flu, rsv and the other urgent care would not give me meds to knock it out so scheduled online sun for 3pm appointment and was in and out in under 30 mins and all of the staff was wonderful. I only sat in the waiting room for 5 mins it was wonderful and they immediately ordered me meds to help me get back to work. I own my own business and I'm the only staff and I have a 2 yr old I can't afford to be off for 7 days. So I have had to work in complete agony thankfully I don't work around people but I do work outside and this weather made everything worse.

I had a sore throat and a cough and wanted to make sure that I wasn’t contagious. My Daughter needed my help with my Granddaughter but I didn’t want to chance giving her an infection. I made an appointment online and chose the best time that afternoon. I didn’t wait very long and everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this office.
