Had a sore throat for a while I assumed it was a sinus infection. Scheduled this morning on line. It was a sinus infection. Just needed antibiotics. Took forever

Overestimated my invincibility yesterday morning and was humbled when using the back of my left thumb as a gauge to measure the sharpness of a handsaw,  which precipitated a visit to the urgent care to receive… urgent care. I was greeted warmly and calmly by Sherry, whom assisted my intake process due to my indisposition, was immediately ushered backstage by Carol to assess and ruminate on my now quite eventful morning, and ultimately received exceptional healthcare from Alex, which created the simple solution of three stitches and the agreed upon theory that the new outlet mall in Jenks isn’t very “outlet-ey.” It was perfect, changing a potentially serious laceration into a pleasant visit to the local urgent care. Bless y’all.

Dr. Green was the worst urgent care doctor I have seen in my lifetime. She spent a whole minute in the room with me and did not listen to a word I said. I know my body and I know when it needs help getting over a sickness. She said there’s nothing she can do for a run of the mill cold and out the door she went. I will never be back.

I didn’t schedule an appointment because I was hoping I’d be able to leave work early to go to Urgent Care. When I walked in, I immediately asked for a mask because I wasn’t sure if I had covid or the flu. The lady at the front desk helped me get checked in online. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain what active ingredients in the prescribed medication would do and had it sent over. Turns out it wasn’t the flu or covid. I’m guessing it’s the same thing my boss has been suffering from for the last three weeks.

I was not pleased with the doctor she was not very caring I hah the flu went in and see if I was better and needed doctors release to go back to work. She acted like I was wasting her time

Was able to easily schedule online for my severe UTI. Short wait time as I checked in with paperwork prior to visit!  Got a prescription and was on my way!! Highly recommend this office & staff.

Ali I believe is who I saw and I just love her. She saw my husband when he hurt his back then me yesterday for a cough. She asks questions, listens, and explains! Love love love her!!!

So thankful for a great urgent care in our small city!
