Went in with what I knew was a sinus infection as a get the annually. I told I need a Covid test, I declined. Then when I saw your PA she ask then told me I need a Covid test. I said no I don't. She proceeded to get agitated. Really didn't give me much of an exam, and sent me off with percriptions. I have been going to this clinic for years and have always had great care till now. After the rude treatment and attitude I received today I will be looking for another urgent care clinic.

Had to wait a little while but that was understandable they were pretty busy. They got me in, spent time working through my ailments and got my meds sent to pharmacy. I really appreciate them. I would definitely and have recommended them.

I went in with a rash on my face which appeared to be impetigo and amy told me she didn’t see what I was talking about and hardly gave me the time of day.

I knew it was going to be a good visit when I walked in the door and the receptionist very happily greeted me. The wait time was very minimal and the providers I saw were extremely pleasant and helpful! That has not always been the case. I would highly recommend the providers I saw today. Thank you!

the blonde girl who took my vitals was the most uninviting and uncomfortable person to be around. she acted like she couldn't bare to take my vitals and had something else better to do. she needs to at least fake a smile and act like she cares

Wouldn’t recommend the doctor Amy to anyone. First time she gave me allergy medicine for an infection. Than went back saw a different doctor to have me actual antibiotics was told if I do not feel better in a couple days to come back so I did and once again got no answers went somewhere else and they gave me a stronger antibiotic bc the ones I was on was not strong enough and keeping my symptoms around. Sad everytime she’s the doctor you get no answers. My lawyer has already been contacted and will deal with this. She told me I was only on meds for 5 days which was a lie it was 10 days the cycle of the meds and still no help. She is a useless doctor everytime I’ve seen her I’ve gone somewhere else and got actual meds that helped me not her mystery meds for something I don’t have. Second time a different doctor right after seeing her has had to give me the proper medications. The other female doctor is an absolute angel of a doctor. walk out and go somewhere else if your provider is a lady named Amy!
