The bathroom was very nasty. The tissue was on the floor. Not saying that the staff put it there in the floor.  They need to check the restroom throughout the day for cleanliness.

The online scheduling did not transfer onto the office computers. So when I arrived for my appointed time the office did NOT have me listed. Therefore, I was put on as a “walk in” and was told it would be 1-1 1/2 hour wait. I went home and scheduled another appointment for later. This time I made a copy of the screen shot. When I arrived they did not have that appointment in their system, either. When I did get to see  the medical staff everything went smoothly.

Walked in with no appointment I thought that’s what you were supposed to do at urgent care. I waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen was saying and everything was OK but meanwhile, people were walking in coughing. Nobody was getting a mask. Nobody was making their kids wear a mask Which was causing the flu to run rapid.

Even though I scheduled the appointment and completed all the paperwork prior to arriving, the Solvi app indicated that I was a walk-in, which didn’t feel very good.  Everything else went very well and the process was easy and efficient. Thank you for seeing me on short notice.

Dr. Said she ordered a prescription for me at the Walgreens that I requested. Went to pick up as soon as I left solvhealth and they hadn’t received it for me so I went back next day to Walgreens and they still did not have anything for me.  So I’ll try and take some over counter cough medicine
