Made an appointment to have my grandson seen for an extremely sore throat. He was seen punctually at the appointment time. Medical staff tested for strep throat.  The results were negative. We were then referred to the ER because the patient was not able to swallow saliva. Immediately went to the ER and after 6 hours in the waiting room the PA looked at the patients throat and said “no way that is not strep”. The ER tested him for strep and it was positive. ER doctor prescribed an antibiotic and sent us home. What is the point of using Urgent Care prior to the ER if patients are being mis-diagnosed or not examined properly at the Urgent Care?  Someone should hold the Dr. or NP accountable for referrals to ER that are unnecessary.  The care provider at the Urgent Care did not even examine the patients throat. Once she determined the patient could not swallow saliva, immediately sent us to the ER. No examination of the throat or ears at all.  This was sub-par medical treatment to say the least. Will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Took my son in for stitches we were the only ones there the initial wait time was great no waiting at all took us right back Dr was right in after vitals I asked her for pain meds because he hadn’t taken any! She explained the order of events. He’d do a drug test (for work injury) get the stitches and then the tetanus shot! She left to get the paperwork to sign for both. The nurse got my son for the test, they came back and he said the Dr will be right in for the stitches! After waiting a hour and a half I went up to the desk to see if they forgot about him. The receptionist said he not been discharged yet because his paperwork isn’t ready, I replied with he hasn’t even gotten his stitches or shot yet she says oh, I go back to the room and the Dr comes in a few seconds behind me, she asks has he gotten the shot and I replied no and she says oh he must be waiting on me. She numbs him stitch him up the nurse comes in and gives him his shot! We got to the counter and she says have a seat your paperwork isn’t ready I told her the Dr said it’s ready! I tell my son to wait for the paperwork I’m going to start the truck before I took two steps she hands him the paperwork and we leave! They never gave him the pain meds! I was initially impressed by the time and then it went downhill! The service here used to be way better they had respect for our time

I been facing a few issues and I know my body and know my needs. I scheduled an appointment and waited almost an hour to be seen in their waiting room. Of course not to mention the car problems I faced to why I was almost 15 minutes late. I was scheduled in easily but the staff , lady at front desk was NOT nice or caring whatsoever. Whatever she was doing was more important than my needs. Very careless. The doctor only prescribed me what SHE wanted and what she liked. This is why I hate urgent cares cause they never listen to me. She asked what cleared out my infection last time and I told her. She said she doesn't like that medicine and she's going to prescribe what she likes and thinks is best. To be heard from is extremely important and can make a visit go better. Not to hear her opinion of a med that help cure me. Makes me feel like she's also careless if I'm healed. It was my only option to make an appointment with the car issues and location at the time. I'm also very sick and been in pain. All in all we need better caregivers than what we get or have. I'm supposed to receive a paper packet of diagnosis and what to do after been seen. I never received it after doctor said she was having it print out for me. So now I don't know my diagnosis and what can help me to heal with suggestions they normally give me. Oh and I got to sit in a chair when I wanted to lay down and rest. So yeah the visit was not so good. All in all I'd rate 2 stars in a review. No. Don't recommend provider. Doesn't listen well and it's her way or no way.

I absolutely got the best care. The wait was long but the care was spot on. I had been fighting an infection for a month . Been in the hospital and two emergency room visits . Back and forth to the dr.  But the dr here knew exactly what to do for me. She was a wound specialist and I was practically healed up within two weeks.   Thank you !

Went in for a toothache. I understand I came in before they closed but I felt the doctor wasn’t very caring and was super dismissive. I was in so much pain my blood pressure was elevated. I’m still in pain today. I was told to take Tylenol for pain. I’m not a junkie and don’t appreciate being treated like one. I called every dentist and there is no one available until Monday. I don’t think I will ever come back to this urgent care or recommend it to anyone.
