They was great and the doctor was excellent informing me of my condition

I have been struggling with a deep cough for a while and wanted to be sure it wasn’t turning into Pneumonia and couldn’t get into my PCP for several more days. I was able to quickly get seen and everyone there was so nice and reassuring and listened to all of my concerns. They were quite a blessing! I would definitely recommend them!!

Woke up yesterday morning with a raging sore throat. I was able to book an appt online within an hour at the 30th & Garnett location in Tulsa. Very efficient and helpful staff there. Meds prescribed already have me feeling better with fewer symptoms. Definitely recommend this urgent care facility!

I scheduled appt after a allergy shot went wrong and I had a server reaction and the allergy clinic told me to go to ER I asked could I go to urgent care cause it's close by my house and I could catch a Uber. Now last time I went to urgent care was in September after allergic reaction cause by chiggers bits all over and I was cared for. Not this time it was quick and I was told they could had given me a shot to calm my condition but didn't feel it was necessary just called in steroids anti itch cream very small tube and I read my check out paperwork called it a rash and under estimated it was serious . I after I picked up my meds got home took a couple steroids I had another reaction on opposite side of my left hand next time going to ER and get more bedside matter and more effort in clearly up the server inflation. No I wouldn't recommend this provider!

I walked in. The receptionist was awesome. All the staff was great. The x-ray tech was awesome. And the physicians assistant was awesome. She went through it thorough with me and she apologized several times for the weight. And I told her this place is worth the wait because they’re awesome and thorough and I will recommend them and I will go back.

Had trouble with nose bleeds, were problematic and started without warning, had to keep kleenex or napkins with me at all times. Haven't had a bleed since I saw the Dr. I feel mutch better and have more confidence about leaving the house. I appreciate all the help you've gave me, THANKS!

Wait to long and doesn’t like how they check the children’s

Had a sore throat. Wait time was to be expected. The staff was nice and accommodating.

I was a walk in. When I arrived I was the only one in waiting room. Wait time was long. Once I went in the back temp, vitals and testing for COVID, flu, and strep throat was immediately. I was took in a room and told test would only take 10 minutes for results. After 20 min Dr. came in. After exam was over I was told to go back to lobby and paperwork would take about 5 minutes and they would call my name to check me out. Waiting room was full. No toilet paper in restroom. No paper towels to dry my hands. After 15 minutes I went to front desk to inquire about my checking out/ paperwork. My paperwork along with another person's was just sitting there already completed but nobody let me know. The lady wasn't doing anything to prevent her from calling me to let me know. Usually it's pretty fast to get in and out but not this time.

This place is ALWAYS nice the people are caring and helpful!! Easy to get in and get taken care of plus it’s right in our neighborhood!!
