Woke up this morning with a sore throat, set me an appointment online, when I got there check-in was so easy. They got me to the back at my exact appointment time, the MA that took care of me was so nice, they tested me for everything and was so nice and gentle, then Dr. McCampell she was the sweetest and took good care of me! Thank you Nextcare staff! This is my go to facility they will get you right!

Everything was great but if you’re paying out of pocket, it’s not really worth it. $615 for the visit and TWO tests(Covid and flu) and meds are extra. The staff was nice tho. I’d definitely recommend if you’re going through with insurance or something :)

1st time ever a doctor actually took a moment to listen to me. She was older & wiser. Although she refused to do any surgery or shots she still listened and that's what matters. I'd recommend her but not for anything major like surgery or dermatology related. She did very well with family medicine which she held much experience in that field.bThe whole reason we go is because the issue is urgent 😔

Was the worst experience I have ever had at a urgent care. Waited an hr to get tragedy. The nursing staff had zero sense of urgency or bedside manner. Spent 3 hrs here will never return.

I’ve had flu A for a while now and recently came here because my breathing had gotten bad. The Dr said I have pneumonia and prescribed two antibiotics. Tonight after a nap I got scared because my breathing seemed worse, so I went back they were no longer taking walk in patients, but the receptionist recognized me and could tell I was scared and upset. They went ahead and fit me in for a Dr to check on and I really appreciate it. Dr Kathryn was very helpful and informative, and assured me that I was recovering, she also called me with another antibiotic that might do more to help me. I absolutely love this place, they’ve been more than helpful to me in the last few weeks. Thank you Access ❤️❤️ highly recommend
