Had a sore throat. Wait time was to be expected. The staff was nice and accommodating.

I was a walk in. When I arrived I was the only one in waiting room. Wait time was long. Once I went in the back temp, vitals and testing for COVID, flu, and strep throat was immediately. I was took in a room and told test would only take 10 minutes for results. After 20 min Dr. came in. After exam was over I was told to go back to lobby and paperwork would take about 5 minutes and they would call my name to check me out. Waiting room was full. No toilet paper in restroom. No paper towels to dry my hands. After 15 minutes I went to front desk to inquire about my checking out/ paperwork. My paperwork along with another person's was just sitting there already completed but nobody let me know. The lady wasn't doing anything to prevent her from calling me to let me know. Usually it's pretty fast to get in and out but not this time.

This place is ALWAYS nice the people are caring and helpful!! Easy to get in and get taken care of plus it’s right in our neighborhood!!

I was not happy when I went to Walmart. They told me that they couldn’t!  Fill my RX because my RX was supposed to be  at Wal-greens but the pharmacy was closed due to the storm. Therefore they couldn’t fill my RX. I had to wait to go to Wal-greens on Monday morning. What a mess!!!!!

The provider ordered a urine sample to be sent of to the lab. Then decided not to send it because she wasn't sure of what my prognosis was. I guess we'll never know being as they never once called me. I called them. Their excuse the first time I called was "our computer isn't runming fast enough" or something to that effect. I waited an additional 3 days before calling again. No one had a clue what I was calling about but they were going to find out. Which they did. They called back to say the provider canceled the labs. Thanks for the call, email, smoke signal, whatever means of communication Access Medical uses to inform their clients/patients (people that give them their hard earned money for care outside regular business hours because, obviously, healthcare only mattersr between 8AM and 5PM M-F) the REAL DETAILS, of their visit. Y'all.dropped the ball on this one and I'd like my money back.

They were awesome. Fast friendly and was in and out in no time.  And I will be back anytime I need. Thank you very much for the doctor and staff!

Chigger Bites,Monday morning went fishing went family to Mohawk Park. I had on protective clothes and sprayed off on. Yet I sat near high weeds surrounding water and I'm the only one that got bit. My face my forehead all in my chest and waistline. I was told it heals on its own but three days later red blister cluster still itchy. I called my doctor for help but they couldn't see me til 3pm. It was 9 am I told them I'm going to urgent care it's in my neighborhood. Schedule a 10:45am it was after 11 am when I was called back to a room. It wasn't long a nurse assistant me prescribed antihistamine and steroids and anti itch cream. Not long after that I could leave and got my discharge paperwork. I felt cared for Thank you Access Medical you rock!! Highly recommend you!!

Those on the front line should improve their behavior with the patient
