Came in with a sore throat, chills, fever, drainage, etc. I scheduled my appointment for 11 am and arrived at 10:50. I sat there for over an hour to only be seen for 5-10 minutes. They only took my blood pressure, looked at my throat, and tested me for strep. Despite not having strep and them saying my throat was "really red," which likely means it's viral, they didn't test me for the flu or COVID and prescribed me antibiotics "because it looks pretty rough." Hardly any of this was appropriate care.

Scheduled both appointments side-by-side on the phone with ease. Everybody on the staff was wonderful and always has been. Doctor was very thorough and explaining to me what was wrong with my grandson and what needed to be done. I have recommended this access several times.

Always excellent service friendly staff. I drive across town to go to this access because I always get wonderful service. definitely would recommend and have.

It seemed like the doctor didn't know what he was doing. And no pregnancy test

Loved everyone on staff tonight. From the front desk to the RN to the PA. Everyone was awesome and I'll for sure be back (probably because I get the same cold to every year).

Had to have my husband checked for UTI. They took a culture and prescribed antibiotics

Had a bad sore throat headache and congestion in my lungs went to this doctor's office urgent Care and I waited and waited forever they swallowed my throat swab my nose they said I didn't have any signs of strep throat or no signs of covid and I cannot swallow so I told the doctor all this and after all the waiting I did he didn't prescribe me anything my throat hurts so bad and now I've got a fever of 102 he didn't prescribe anything nothing he said I didn't need anything because I just had a viral infection I can't swallow anything it hurts so bad it burns I will not ever go back to this place again and if I was you I'd think twice on this

Everything was great, other than waiting in the exam room for someone to bring me a specimen cup for a UA to see if I had a urinary infection with the flareup of diverticulitis. Nobody brought me a specimen cup. I finally had to ask if I could receive a specimen cup so I could give my urine sample.

Peoria location did not have an onsite physician, only offered virtual visit. This was pointless for a back injury, so they sent me to Utica. Utica's x-ray wasn't working. So rather than waste my copay on being told to go to the ER, they sent me to Yale for the X-ray.
