The check-in process was difficult with system issues, the front desk was friendly. The system issue duplicated my appointment, so it showed 2 submitted. That's incorrect and I better no get charged for that system issue. The doctor was awesome! He got straight to solving my medical problem with my finger and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis. The doctor was my favorite part about the visit. He knew exactly what to do with his previous ER experience in dealing with my issue.

Trouble with Rex ordered. Denied by Insurance and provider did not indicate substitution was allowed, so needless trip to the pharmacy. Waiting now to see if the clinic will call in an alternative.

Sinuses were causing my ears to feel full and pain across my sinus area. Made appointment on line got in within an hour wait time 15 minutes. Was checked our and prescription was ordered at my pharmacy was done in less then one hour and back home

The most friendly staff who genuinely cared about me!  Check in was a breeze and the care was the best!

I was disappointed by the lack of thoroughness in the examination and diagnosis. Despite mentioning my underlying condition, hidradenitis suppurativa, and presenting symptoms of a green, foul-smelling discharge, no swab was taken to confirm the infection type, and my current medications weren’t reviewed for potential interactions. These omissions left me feeling uncertain about whether the treatment plan would address the true cause of my symptoms. I hope future visits can be handled with more attention to detail.

Great service, staff was wonderful. First time meeting doctor in charge. Genuinely concerned about reason for visit and other things. I felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Thanks!!

Woke up with fever and a donkey cough, walked in without an appointment and was seen, tested, informed, instructed, and out the door with everything in writing including an absence note for work in a little over half an hour. The staff was great. The Dr was very informative and used words I could understand. Everything was organized and clean. Five stars......

Easy to make an appointment but waited over an hour to be seen WITH an appointment. The staff and doctors are nice enough. The place is run down and needs a refurb.
