I had fallen & needed a x-ray. It was handled very good. The doctors assistant was very informative. She gave me good advice on how to handle the pain.

Your office was under construction with no one at the front desk the day I booked my appointment, yet I was still able to create that appointment online. I arrived to a locked door and no one to outsource a call to. A single mother with 4 kids even walked in behind me and was shocked to see they were closed - desperately hoping for a solution to her children’s needs, and not knowing what she could do next. There needs to be some sort of clarity online when your office is not up and running. The fact I was able to book an appointment to a closed and empty lobby is absurd. My time and energy were wasted on a day when I could afford anything but.

Waited 20 minutes after our appointment time with no one waiting in front of us and no one patients in the clinic. Then they asked if we had filled out the forms in addition to what we had filled out on line. So another 5 minutes and then waited some more. Receptionists seemed to be preoccupied with a printer. Finally got back 47 minutes after our appointment. PA was good and thorough.

My family and I have been to urgent care on Brookside in Tulsa for many years. Yesterday was our worst visit. Wait time was way too long. Staff seemed tired and uninterested. PA was ok but seemed a bit flippant and dismissive. Didn’t feel like she was really listening to what was going on. Unfortunately We will probably not be going back to this clinic. At this point in time I would not recommend.

Wait time was really short  , the front office lady wasn’t the nicest, doesn’t like her job , people or allergic to a smile.  But the PA and nurse we saw made up for it , they were amazing and extremely nice and welcoming .
