I went because I hurt my hand. I made an appt, but had to wait 45 minutes past the scheduled time. I expected to pay my usual $20 copay for urgent care. I was told the copay is the specialist copay. I was told it would be $30, then she said $35. I told again that urgent care is $20. She said I'd have take it up with my insurance. She wasn't pleasant. I called my insurance the next day. They confirmed the copay was $20. She said some facilities aren't ethical or are confused about copays. Now I have to file a claim to be reimbursed. If you can get past the staff, the PA that saw me took care of me. I don't need the hassle and will pursue another clinic not affiliated with them.

Costs WAY too much. Took 2 hours. Understaffed maybe, which is understandable. When I called, the woman said that they could test for RSV. Come to find out, you cannot. $115 for covid, flu and strep test is WAAAAYYYYY too much. Absolutely ridiculous. That is all.

I wasn't able to get back for an hour after my scheduled appointment time even though there was only one person ahead of me. Then waited in the little second waiting room for about 30 minutes before I was able to see the Doctor. The entire visit was right at 2 hours... Other than that it was good.

I have utilized this facility more than once. Wait times can be a little long, but they tend to get busy. I am always a walk in. Staff are professional, personable, and proficient. I have recommended to my neighbors and friends.
