Made a same day appointment and was in and out in about 40minutes. Meds were at the pharmacy by the time I got there. Staff was friendly and efficient from check in to check out

The doctor had a great sense of humor which helped my husband feel at ease when he felt badly from the Covid symptoms. Everyone in the office is TOP NOTCH! Only Urgent Care we go to.

Woke up with flu like symptoms. Called my doctor and he was on vacation. All other doctors in the office were double booked. The receptionist at my dr office  recommended me to you. I got the care I needed from ALL the staff. Meds were called & now on my way to recovering from the flu. Thank You. Yes, I recommend this Urgent Care

I woke up this morning and booked an appointment for Riverside facility at 9:40, arrived at 9:30 to find that the doors were still locked. I waited until 10am before I called a different location to find out that it was closed. There was no sign posted on the door to let me know that it was closed due to staff illness. I was able to get my appointment rescheduled for the 81st street facility.  I waited an hour after arrival to see someone. The staff were very courteous and helpful to me, I felt they were very professional but short staffed due to illness. Please do not let the automated system schedule facilities that are closed for staff illness and post signs the a temporary closure has occurred.

Waiting area is always way too cold. Even though have appointment scheduled, always have to wait just as long as when not scheduled (wak-in).

Everyone was very nice. They took time to hear my concerns and were very thoughtful and did not rush through it.

My husband and I went in a hour before close and were seen within 10 minutes. Great care and great people!

I was able to get right in with no problem. I had been exposed to hand, foot, and mouth disease and had started to get painful sores all over my fingers. The Dr that I saw barely glanced at them and said it was not hand, foot, and mouth. She then tried to tell me that the sores would only be on the palms and not fingers and that you can only get hand, foot, and mouth once in your lifetime. I told her that my granddaughter has had it at least 5 times in her life and she shook her head and said that isn't possible. Then I told her that my son had recently had it and his sores were all over his fingers and looked just like mine. She dismissed everything I said and sent me away telling me that I was fine. I have since been diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth. I wasted my time and was called a liar. I will never return to that clinic again and that quack of a doctor needs to retrain or be fired. It was almost closing time and I honestly think she just wanted to go home. She called what I had a dimple rash..blisters are not rashes. She should be ashamed.

We were able to schedule an appointment within 20 minutes of our initial call to the office. Once we arrived at 11:00, however, we had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour before we were seen back around 12:15. Otherwise the staff was nice and our time in the actual clinic room was only about 30 minutes.

I've been sick more than not lately! Stomach bug, then ear infection, then flu, now bronchitis! The team at Access Medical Center (claremore and Tulsa 81st locations) have provided phenomenal care for ALL of the above!! My little boy was also very sick and couple of weeks ago and the Pryor location team did a great job with him as well! Thank you ALL!
