I fell on black ice and was in a lot of pain. I was given no meds for the severe pain I was in so I felt it was a waste of time and money when I should have just waited to see my Dr. on Monday. Dr was nice enough as was the staff just felt like I wasted my time and money when I have to go see my Dr anyway. Lesson learned.

Woke up with possible UTI, had to go to Tulsa so stopped at urgent care. Checked in at 12:45 and did not leave until 3:30pm. When I checked in there was only 3 people in line before me. It took forever to be seen, only 1 Dr. On staff. 1 to 2 nurses on staff. People were there for flu symptoms, etc and the wait times were very long. Staff kept saying that they are hardly ever this busy and desk staff were complaining about being there until 8pm and they were thinking about leaving early. I asked about Utica Park taking over and I was told in February they would. I hope it gets better, this is probably the last I will use this location. I usually use the Claremore, Ok. Location and it is quicker. I loves the Nurse Practicioner, she was very good!

Entered office. Not crowded. There were 2 patients ahead of me. They were called pretty soon. We were called 10 minutes later. 1st rep took vitals. Then Dr. /PA very nice, kind & compassionate.Examlned left ear. Determined problem and fix. Flushes ear wax from ear. Wrote prescription for ear infection. P/U script in the morning. &f/up his instructions. Good experience will go again if needed. Thank you.

Everything was great except the X-ray maintenance is very lacking. The staff had to shut it down and restart to get halfway decent images. They had to take eight images to get three that were visible. The staff was competent, the machine has issues.

Scheduling was easy online. When I arrived for scheduled appointment… waited 2 hrs to be seen with only 3 people ahead of me. Care by PA was good… I am grateful to have a place to be seen but don’t schedule me for 11 if you know it’s going to be hours to be seen.. tell me and let me make up my mind if I am willing to wait. Thank you

holy smokes i have never waited so long in my entire life, especially when all they did was recommend household medication i was already going to take, what a joke. i would never recommend this ER unless they are my worst enemy, check in took forever and the tv loops the same song every 20 seconds. lights were so bright i got migraines, was so cold that i shivered until i was cramping, wait times were reminiscent of ER's in peak covid despite only having 1 person ahead of me.
