After having some brief medical issues and communicating with my telehealth specialist, I was referred here. Such a good experience! From emergency scheduling to the fast wait time. My PA, and the staff were amazing! Would highly recommend!

I was experiencing migratoral pain for several days and the day I went to access medical at 21st and Yale in Tulsa I had started to experience some nausea. The lady working the front desk was wonderful, no issues there. The intake nurse was ok. My issue is with the PA who saw me. He asked why I was there and after telling him immediately said he felt I needed a Covid test. I told him I was displaying Covid symptoms. I told him I was not, he said you have body aches that’s is one of them. I said I had migratory pain not body aches he then went into this speel about how we just had thanksgiving and they had seen a spike in Covid and how his first two positive patients said the same thing and came back positive. I told him again I didn’t think it was needed but said ok. He left and the nurse came in and did the test. While I was waiting I head him enter the next room and start telling the patient she needed a Covid test. She said exact same thing I did, that she didn’t feel it was Covid she was displaying no Covid symptoms. He said the same thing word for word he did with me…it took a bit more convincing for her to agree but she did. Not long after he came in and told me my test was negative and was referring me to the er there was nothing they could do for me there…no further examination, no anything. What a joke and waste of my time and money. I have done some digging and it seems that they like to push Covid tests. I saw no other staff in the back like there used to be when the previous company owned this location. Just him. Very dissatisfied and I will be alerting my insurance company. This company is also not accredited with the BBB.

Hate the check in process. My eyes are to the point that typing on the phone is difficult. The staff were very helpful, courteous and caring.  Courtney (nurse practitioner) is tremendous. She communicated clearly and offered me options for me to decide how I wanted the treatment to continue. She clearly explained possible side effects and other aspects of the treatment. .

Waited an hour with 3 people in front of me. My throat was killing me and I felt overall horrible during my wait time. I requested a strep test which came back negative. The nurse commented that my throat looked really bad and the PA said my throat looked okay. I was told to take an at home Covid test if I felt bad the next morning, which meant I had to go purchase one. Not impressed with how quickly I felt dismissed after waiting and paying for a visit.

Waited over an hour when I was 3rd in line for the doc to only spend about 5 mins with me and they did not test for anything, barely checked vitals, diagnosed with sinus infection, even though I also complained of other symptoms. Did not feel better 4 days later, went to my regular doc and was diagnosed with strep, bronchitis, ear infection, and a pulmonary nodule on lung. Pretty sure you should do MUCH better Access. Find doctors who don't diagnose from across the room! Thanks for nothing.
