Was sent from the 81st/169 st location to Riverside. Got to Riverside, they were booked x 3 hr. Asked if I could come back around 5 pm. We did. Migraine worse. Staff was great. Dr on call was a totally unprofessional. A real jerk. He didn't treat Migraines and suggested I go get real help, a neurologist or pain meds from the hospital if I was indeed having a migraine. The have my migraine history and med on file. Maybe once in a great while, I require a shot. The staff even apologize for his behavior and suggested another clinic not associated with theirs. We do go to the one suggested. They were very respectful, responsive and help right away. Even called the next day to see how I was feeling. I have never gone back to Aspen medical since. Do not intend to. I also went and saw my Dr. They wanted to know why i didn't get the shot asap. I explained what happened. Their reaction was "not a very professional way to handle a medical need."

The doctor I received it felt like she didn’t want to even check me properly or come near me. Listened to my heart and chest and then sent me on my way. I would’ve felt better going somewhere else.

From making the appointment online, the front desk staff, the nurse and the doctor, everything was excellent.

Went in because I was sick. The receptionist, Ashley was less than desired. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before she was finished with the person in front of me. They were talking about the Gathering Place, not even about their visit. When I finally was acknowledged she spoke to me maybe 2 minutes and that was about my visit. She even spoke to the next person about 20 minutes about something totally unrelated to their visit. Made me feel like I was not welcome. Will I be going back, probably not. The clinical staff was great. The doctor just told me to continue what I was doing. I went to another doctor about a week later after I was getting worse and they prescribed meds. If the doctor had done that, I would not have had to go to a different and finally get treated like I needed to be. Someone referred me to this clinic saying it was the best in town. I had even gone a few times before this visit and got great service but due to this visit, no I will not be back.

2 hours total wait time for a swab with one person ahead of us. Too slow, so probably won’t be back.

I woke my son up and he had a rash from his chest to his legs and I was able to walk in and get in the same day. I had to wait for a while but they were busy and I had at least 4 people in front of us so with that being said for that many people in front of us. I feel like it was a good wait time. They are always so friendly, the staff and the doctors. We were able to get back there and be seen…. We really appreciate everyone so much and being so respectful

Everything about the visit was fine. My only concern was the medical assistant did not wear gloves or a mask even after I tested positive for Covid.  When she was doing my nasal swabs to test for Covid and flu and my throat swab to test for strep, she didn’t have gloves on which surprised me. Then after I tested positive for Covid, she still didn’t have a mask on when taking me back for an x-ray. That’s my first time to experience that. The office was clean and friendly, and the medical assistant was very friendly, I just thought it would be more wise to follow Universal precautions and not accidentally spread stuff to another patient.

Dog bites. Came in before 5 other people at 1230. They had appts at 1:20 and 1:30. We waited 3 hours for a horrible appt. Never coming back. The worst clinic in Tulsa.

Went for sinus drainage and sore throat. Was seen quickly and thoroughly examined.
