Walked in had a fall - told to go to er due to age. My husband was upset as they let me drive even though I was dizzy.  Spent 8 hours in er

Went in for diverticulitis . The check in person and PA were great-compassionate and not rushed. However the nurse who checked my vitals ect in had a bad attitude and showed no concern or even looked at me. Not a great first impression. Otherwise I would have given it 4/5 overall

Been feeling under the weather for the last couple days. Booked my appointment online in a few seconds and was seen and out within thirty minutes of my appointment time. Check in was super quick and I was out within thirty minutes care instructions and scripts sent into the pharmacy.

I’ve been here before and had received good service but today wasn’t your best day. Was there almost 3 hrs. Waited in the exam room for an exorbitant amount of time. PA came in and said my flu test and Covid tests were negative - but they had never even given me the tests!  I may have to try another place before I would come back. Didn’t inspire a lot of confidence today. I’m sorry.

I sustained a bad laceration to my leg. I started the registration online on the way to the facility near me. They advised I would need to be seen at one of the other locations & let them know I was on my way. Rececption Staff greeted me and checked me in efficiently & timely. She also checked on me a few times while I was waiting & kept me up to date on the wait time while in the waiting room. Very compassionate regarding my injury & pain. She also checked on other patients routinely & kept them apprised of the wait time or that the nurse would be calling for them shortly. The nurse was efficient, professional & pleasant. She updated my chart, double checked my meds, took vitals & preped me for the provider. She was also provided a painless injection. The provider was pleasant, professional, compassionate & addressed my medical needs as quickly as possible. I was treated in a timely manner & provided after care & follow up instructions. I was quite pleased & felt at ease with the exceptional treatment & compassionate care. Yes, I would recommend this urgent care facility.

I woke up this morning feeling like I was hit by a freight train. My throat was raw and I was sure I had strep. I was able to call and make an appointment at the time I wanted and the wait time was much shorter than expected. The staff was very friendly and efficient.  The provider explained my diagnosis (Covid) and what I needed to do to get better. I would definitely recommend this clinic and care team.

I received great service but the wait was a bit long but understandable.
