When I entered the facility, I initially was struck by the austerity of the waiting room.  The rest of my visit was nothing short of extraordinary.  Every staff member was professional, caring and helpful to make me feel at ease. The scheduling was quite simplified and the check-in was completed with little stress. Anyone with whom I had contact made me feel that I was the only patient in the entire facility.  I could not have asked nor expected any better level of care.  Although a short drive from my home, I know I will receive top-notch medical assistance.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Access Now is an amazing urgent care facility. The person who treated me listened carefully, spent time, resolved my medical issue and recommended follow up procedures.

This was my third visit in about a year, and as before, staff are all helpful and wait time is minimal. More importantly, the doctor really takes time to discuss any questions and I felt respected and got good help with my issue. Highly recommend!

Every time I have come here I have had the ease of scheduling an appointment, checking in is always a breeze and the time we wait is very little. Yesterday we saw Diane, she was great took her time in fact my partner and I we went in together both experiencing symptoms of covid and sick we were able to be seen together. She was very thorough and we are allowed the time to ask questions so to come here when you don't feel good and have the ease of an examination is wonderful this is definitely my go-to place.
