This is is quick and decent place to get urgent care as opposed to the wait at the health center on broad st..I was thrilled when I found this place!!I didn't know it existed for so long. My wait time was next to nothing on all of my trips here (and my daughter's). The front desk, the nurses and the doctors and pa's we're all friendly, professional, prompt , kind, and compassionate especially when it came to having to deal with my daughter. I've been back several times due to the ease of use of the facility and the welcoming vibe. I hope others that have had good experiences at this office post a rating and share their experience here.

I went to this facility in Queensbury, New York, stating I wanted to be treated for ccoughing with thick mucus. I wore a five layered mask eith charcoal and vents and was told I had to wear one of its masks. I informed them I had asthma and have difficulty breathing when I wear masks. A male attendant brought me to what he termed a Covid room. I told him that I don't have Covid. We bring Covid patients to this room. Again I reiterated that I suspected bronchitis with allergies. I was not examined. A thermometer was held a few inches away from my forehead with a normal reading is what was told to me. I told the PA, Lauren McWhorter, that I was scheduled to see my primary doctor on August 4th from a previous visit. I was again told I had Covid symptoms by her and told her that I was not having this done twice and shall have all testing and x-rays done by my primary, if needed. This particular group did not touch me in any type of examination, was rude, abrasive, in a hasty time frame and not even interested in what I had to share. I was ignored. There definitely was a lack of professional courtesy extended by this particular, arrogant staff. No compassion, listening, needed inquiries, etc.were displayed. There is only one person there I normally would see whenever necessary. If I ever needed urgent care there, I would walk out and refuse treatment by this one particular group of insensitive, rude, crude, non professionally acting staff. My primary doctor stated that I DO NOT HAVE COVID. MY TEST WAS NEGATIVE. I DO HAVE PNEUMONIA AND AM BEING TREATED IN A CARING, PROFESDIONAL MANNER AFTER UNDERGOING A CHEST EXAY SND THOROUGH EXAMINATION THAT THE URGENT CARE FACILITY WAS NOT WILLING TO DISCUSS. SHAMEFUL AND NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANYONE'S STANDARDS!!!!!

Waited 4 hours to have my son go through chest Xrays with an EKG Tab stuck to his robe from a previous patient, gross! Cordial personnel but not good medical care. If you have an urgent health issue, don't go to this "URGENT" care facility!
